One day, Kaede will get an alt that showcase her true powah! Any ways She's cute. Short stacks are my weakness. If she spooks me in any banner, i'll accept it. Tsukuyo is also adorable, just like with kaede. if she spooks me, i'll proceed to protecc and lew-- Ya know.

True, it's important to plan your pulls ahead. Iroha is very important as well. But sometimes you cant have them all so every choice is fine 👌

Tsukuyo's subskill... What does it mean to grant her 185% of Healing when under CC State? How does it work? meaning if she gets stunned, feared or taunted, she recovers Healing? Doesnt that mean, she's fairly good on PVP on paper? considering she heals everytime Tsubaki taunts or Hoshino stuns her.. (or is it just a one time thing?)

She isn't exactly known for her pvp abilities. That doesn't mean she is bad. She does have potential due to her sub skill like you said. From my research it appears that she isn't being used a lot in pvp and her main role is Kaiten phase one. But it's never too late to get a tank for pvp if you're missing one 😌
@@ShelterYT Oh. I dont imply she's good for PVP just theoretically.. Just wondering how these gimmick procs.. like Fubuki"s subskill increases her ATK when other students use their EX. Doesn't it mean she infinitely gains ATK as long as EX are being used? Just curious..
Even then, I got fairly well built Eimi and Haruka for my red tanks. Don't quite need Tsukuyo.. plus.. there's a purple tank with a mask which is a must get (for me) coming reallll soon
Oh yea sorry, i didn't answer this part of the question. Whenever she gets effected by any CC effect, the sub skill will active. It's not a one time per battle thing! In comparison to Tsubaki's one time per battle recovery (normal skill), Tsukuyo gets a lot less health back every time. So it's pretty balanced.
So, should I pull or not?
nahh, i'd say it's a skip for most people
