I wanted to get a closer view of the pot, which you did.I am currently heating mine with a weed burner also but in an open pot fashion I can only heat about three irons at the time. I have already cut a 60 pound propane bottle (kid’s don’t try that at home) but it is a lot bigger around than yours I’m wondering if it’s going to let too much heat escape and not act as a draw type system. I have been trying to decide whether to put multiple burners down it or just use the weed burner at one end. It looks like you are only able to heat about three irons at one time also.
