Webflow is also great since it is a drag and drop website builder like wix but it can export javascript, html and css so that you can host anywhere, but personally I want to build it from the ground up because it is difficult to understand other people's code and logic.
webflow is a really good one. Lots of customization but its a bit more difficult to use if its your first time.
