Great job making it look like a salt water tank. Yellow blue fish combo and the corals. I always like to have a salt water tank and a clownfish in it but too much work to maintain. I think this is what he wants to achieve. He did it

All stones don’t touch the side glass and stand only on each other. That made a nice water circulation with minimum stagnation zones. Took big corals and crushed them to small parts. These small parts fixed in holes of the stones.
Спасибо! С февр 2004 года живет и по сей день. Чисткой декораций не занимаюсь совсем. Бактерии и сом все очищают. В труднодоступных местах зеленовато-черные наросты видны, но они придают особую красоту на светлом камне кмк. Долго этого добивался увеличенным световым днем.

Thanks. My main thing was to make the tank as fully automatic as possible when I came to sand. Took all the stones out and cut the bottoms of them and polished them (parts which stand on the glass) so there was no room for dirt to come beneath. Then drilled small holes in stones and fixed them with plastic pins.
It looks great! When you search om you tube for malawi cichliden flatscreen, you can see myine tank. There are some virale too, but not as beautiful as tours!
This one gets the gold medal.

@ZMV81 Спасибо! Он не продается) ) ) Сложно сказать, сколько в целом стоит. т.к. покупал все по отдельности сам и обустраивал тоже. Помню банка стоила $400. Тумба под заказ с металлкаркасом $300. Песок 20кг $100, кораллы и камни в районе $600. Рыба - затрудняюсь) Фильтры 2 канистры и внутренник $350. Лампы $20. Остальная мелочь $100-150.
Если постепенно делать. то не так страшно) ) ) Удачи!

you can setup your tank how you want as long as the fish are happy and healthy you have to look at it.
i have a malawi tank with ocean rock and fake coral my fish love it.
how boring is a tank with just some rock in it.

This tank is awesome! If you've used dead corals how have you managed to preserve the colour in them? Also where did you get them? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

я тоже запустил псевдо море,одна проблема помпа гребет песок и подмывает,делает кучки... если ее поставить выше тогда мусор не сдувает. На какой высоте от дна стоит ваша помпа и как она справляется?

Um cichlids are freshwater. Therefor they would never ENCOUNTER CORAL. I GET IT IF IT'S LIKE IN A 20 gal or something but you've got like 3000$ worth of cichlids there so why not have them look natural..... Some people my god

Никак не подготавливаю ))) из под крана через шланг заливаю. У меня тоже зеленеют белые, раньше промывал, сейчас забросил. Такими, зелено-черными больше нравятся.

Иногда свет отрубают. Поставил на всякий пожарный, чтобы не закисли внешники и не погубили при включении света всех.
Внутренник для очистки от мусора, внешники для биофильтрации. Еще добавил фитофильтр в крышку освещения на 6 литров. Из него цветы растут и немного губок для очистки от взвеси.
