thank you so much for making the video sir actually i need to decide between Fender CD 14sce vs fg830 both are #300 guitars please help with you opinion thanks in advance.
I bought this guitar without playing it, so I would say that if you have the chance to try before you buy, then it would be best to play them both and see which one you like. I like the guitar okay enough, but I will certainly be looking to upgrade sometime soon. If you can't play them, the read as many reviews as you can so that way you know (as best as possible without playing them yourself) what you are getting. Also, if it is used then there are other issues to consider. Such as that it might be damaged in some way, or that someone hasn't been able to get the truss rod set right or possibly the action to get it playing well. Hope this helps.
I had one issue where the input came loose because my strap was too tight around it and it unscrewed it after a while. I kind of blame myself for that, so I am not faulting the guitar...although it could perhaps be seen by some as a flaw in the design. Otherwise, after refastening the input, It seems to be holding up well. Stays in tune, the electronics work fine. It plays pretty good, and I actually enjoy playing it. People seem to like the sound as well. All in all, then, I would say it is definitely worth what I paid for it.
@@lifewithtrevor364 I kinda think you have the same feeling about it as me from what you wrote. Everyone seems to think it sounds great except... me. (correct me if I'm wrong) I personally miss a bit of bass & the chords seem to sound weird to me when I use regular strumming. But I do think that it sounds absolutely sweet in the high notes & it's definitely a joy for fingerpicking. Thanks for your quick answer.
Hi Jose, I just used a regular guitar strap like you would use on any other guitar. The problem was that it was very difficult to force it onto the input jack end. It was so tight that it ended up unscrewing the input jack so I had to fix that. What I ended up doing was cutting the hole a little bigger on the strap so that it would fit more appropriately on the big nub.
You should cut that intro down to like 15 seconds, max.
Yup!
I bought the exact model but all mahogany. Can’t wait to get it.
did that one come with rosewood fretboard or maple fretboard?
This one was rosewood.
Wow. It looks awesome. That one has bone nut and saddle
I so happen to be from Massachusetts and I’m all so waiting to get my guitar the same as you in the video
thank you so much for making the video sir

Rosewood back and sides?
What is the string guage?
It is better than Martin DX1AE?
Martin guitars are the best in the market, along with Taylor, seagull, Gibson and some fenders
