I don't have other words to say to this officer, he always encourage hardworking people, he always give more attention towards the welfare of his soubardinates, I had an opportunity to serve under him as inspector and Dy suptd.of police, when he was SP of Raichur, I wish him all the best, and let almighty fullfil all his dream comes true.

Respected sir, I still remember,1994 there were more than 450 untrained police men at Raichur, you have taken keen interest to give them some basic training to them and you got sanctioned a temporary police training school to Raichur, and I had an opportunity train them, they got traing, what all I learnt in my training, I imparted to them, and I am fully satisfied to that work

When interviewing any police officer DD should focus on the real problems of rampant financial and other types of corruption that exist in his/her department, and the human rights violations often reported widely in the private media and what the officer has done to tackle these. Let me inform Mr Sood that the lowest level officers on PUC (and SSLC) public examination duty are mostly, especially in non- cheating exam centres, glued to their mobiles thius creating opportunities for teachers to move here and there. Why do you allow them to bring their mobiles which are banned there, sir? Thank you.
