My favorite radio show. I now understand why my dad watched the TV show for so long. He used to talk about how good the radio show was. Now I understand. Thank you for posting these.
Definitely good shows well-written great shows to get lost in those of my generation understand when I'm saying those that don't enjoy your shows learn from your history for the history that's been torn away will never be so they'll be nothing to learn from it God bless this nation
Glad you have this series on here. Found it on another channel, but they didn't care if they were posting the same episodes multiple times. Makes it hard to enjoy when I have to keep skipping all the time just to find the next one I have not listened to. Thank you
A most interestingly written episodes of "Gunsmoke". Chester plays a unique character in realizing that danger is out there from an unknown source for Marshall Dillon. A very well written story, and one of the best from the series.

GUNSMOKE MY WESTERN SHOW OF ALL RADIO 16 $
I love these storys, and of course the characters. So very well written, I don't know any so enjoyable. 🙂👍
By 1940, the 30-minute radio play was a perfect art form, and "Gunsmoke" was in the top five, if not the best of them all.

A very well written story, and one of the best from the series.
Unfortunately, Chester was later written as a buffoon
Love gunsmoke
This episode was straight-up hard boiled! Matt Dillon ain't nobody to f*ck with!
Hey man, I like your taste in music and old time radio...love seeing people who still understand how badass this stuff is.
Good entertainment. Thanks.
This is very different from the TV series... It's more... Cowboy noir if you like...👍
Radio version and marshal Dillon voice is superlative
"You're yellow" ... twice in the same episode!
“Yella”! 😂
That was a good episode. Dodge City- you dodge a bullet or you dodge the city all together

The ending to this one is COLD "you figure you aint go no reason to draw on me now? MATT CHILL
