Episode Two of a 3-Part Micro-Series™ about "Stringfellow", California's most notorious toxic site. The Micro-Series™ was designed to indoctrinate personnel of a medium size government agency with it history and values. It included the episodes, a blog, and a promotional campaign with launching, generic and topical promos to be aired strategically. The series featured cliff-hangers, charismatic employees and stakeholders, familiar sites, humor typical of the industry and an intense network-drama feel, all aimed at creating the interoffice /water-cooler hype generated by network mini-series and guarantee high viewership, word-of-mouth, relevance and effective message conveyance.
