hello. good video. I also recorded a new card on the Renault capture 2017 (4a chip, 433mhz), the car starts. but the buttons don't work. tell me why the buttons don't work?

Hi, after that somebody attempted to steal my 2015 Renault Captur, it won't recognise my card any longer. They've probably tried to reprogram the start unit through an ODB tool or similar. What should I do? Is there any advice you can give?
