I think Hafeez was trying his honest approach to change the dressing room culture, environment, the politics, in his short span. I completely agree with him. Player power in Pakistan unfortunately goes back way too long and in this process we have lost some decent players.

I dont understand the logic of Hafeez. Its stupid. You want to demote the Babar and rizwan who are world class batters just to promote new kids on top? Every good team revolve the team around its good players not around new players. Did india ever said hey Virat we have found new no 3 Batsman please come no 4 or 5? Virat always played at 3 or 4 he never opened or came in late order or batting order was changed specially for him or rohit....baber abd rizwan were never openers who were made make shift opners by misbah due to lack of proper opners at that time. Both of them have stuck to the pistion wether they perform or not or.wether the team wins or loses. Pathetic.

Mark my words, Pakistan will never clinch any trophy under Babar's captaincy. He has repeatedly proven to be a failure, unable to make the right decisions in critical moments. Despite his numerous shortcomings as a captain, politics and ego continue to keep him in that role. Appoint Rizwan, Imad, or Shadab as captain, and you'll witness a noticeable difference. While Babar may be a world-class batsman, he falls short as a captain and leader.
