Cecil Turner tying the NFL single-season record for kickoffs returned for touchdowns in a season in 1970 (4) has not been tied or beaten since.

He tied the record Travis Williams of the Packers set in 1967
he was an old school Devin Hester. I never heard of Turner until this video. Dick Gordon had an incredible season, too. I never heard of him until recently when watching a video on a different channel.

What always looks weird in the first few seasons after the merger is seeing the Old Guard NFL teams with the player’s names on the back of the jersey.
Da Bears lost the coin toss to Pittsburgh in 1969 in order to draft Terry Bradshaw.
Bradshaw would have been run out of town
Most people then thought if the cheap Bears won the toss Halas would have traded the pick rather than pay Bradshaw anyway. He traded the #2 pick to GB for 2 has-beens & a never was.
