On eBay in different colours not exactly the same but similar with lots of pockets, only £2 / £3 each inc free delivery, I got several as gifts, its called a Dual Bag Inner Storage Organiser Tote Insert Purse

I got several bags like this in different colours with lots of pockets on eBay for about £2 - £3 each + free p&p, I waited about 2/3weeks for delivery from China/Japan but they were well worth the wait. It's called a Dual Bag Inner Storage Organizer Tote Insert Purse), it's not exactly like this ladies one but similar, good luck!
