Hygenan COD AW is so awesome that I still play it to this day. It is the most solid cod I have ever played. Every other "boots on the ground" cod, especially ghosts, feels like their is too much camping going on. AW makes you run and jump to get kills. So fun.
In all honesty, while the killstreak system and still largely simplistic shooting isn't helping, I like the dynamism. I'm actually vaguely interested in a CoD game for the first time.

I noticed that Titanfall has pretty much been dead in UA-cam for a long time but when this trailer came out, everybody all of a sudden talk about about this game is ripping of Titanfall. I bet most of you didn't even play titanfall and are just using the game to give you a reason the hate COD

Sledgehammer did bad on supply boxes but black ops 3 and infinite warfare came out later and had the same movement so I still respect sledgehammer having the guts to change the formula
ive been playing aw for about 1 and a half months and the only weapons i dont have are the 1911, repulsor, and lever action. Ive been playing bo3 since launch and only have the hg 40, rsa interdiction, and the marshal 16
Pepsi Man when the game first came out it had supply drops but the system was good, no cod points an easy to win guns. Then after one of the dlc's they changed to advanced supply drops put cod points in and made it hard to win guns. Ever since then it's been hard to get guns without paying and each year it becomes more ridiculous.
Everybody keeps saying that CoD ripped off of Titanfall with the jumping around and crap. So I take it that concept was never thought of until Titanfall did it... Ever heard of Tribes?

Have to admire it, Sledgehammer created a game that was different, fast paced, good quality and still felt like a CoD game. It just won't be that way with Infinite Warfare.
It was fun and the guns were able to be earned freely but little kids got impatient and got butthurt because they expect to get everything from one supply drop lol

Sorry to break it but... it doesn't look entertaining or fun. I was CoD fan back in times but they just got buried too deep into the shit. Whole future theme seems to be one laser-type of gun, bigger jumps and wallhack equipment, which is just disappointing. Some killstreaks (or point-streaks whatever), seem to be (again) just reskins from the earlier streaks in the series. And everyone has right to complain. It's better than be fanglasses on and accept everything that game developers try to feed and get angry if someone doesn't like their beloved little toy *wink wink*

Yes they have a good foot hold in the gaming community so now they lost their way and don't really care too much about the game because they know everyone will buy it because it is a CoD.. I was just commenting since so many people were drawing so many conclusions on how Advanced Warfare seems to be mimicking many other games while it really isn't. Call of Duty may not be the best in terms of quality for most people but they do have a firm place in gaming where people will pick this game up just because they know it is CoD. In my opinion Call of Duty throughout the past few years has definitely improved little by little with each game which isn't bad but it isn't particularly good either. Each game past the first Modern Warfare brought something new to the game and essentially each year we would be getting an update for $60 on release, which also isn't particularly good sounding. However, most of us usually don't buy the game for the game itself. We all buy it because we can all play it with friends or just enjoy the feeling of victory. Sure, some of us will buy the game for the story (not really unless it was Modern Warfare) but the only reason millions of people buy the game each year is because it is a game we can all play together. Whether you are a 9 year old who got hold of your big brother's controller or a guy in his 70's who gets a kick out of shooting noobs. You have to admit the gameplay is solid, easily recognizable and sets a standard for other games to exceed or at least switch up. I have played basically every Call of Duty and I can say that sure they all feel pretty alike past Modern Warfare but every year I came back (Excluding Ghosts...) because I found Call of Duty to be actually a fun game. I have also played many other FPS's such as Battlefield, Planetside, Halo, and Counter Strike. When I compare CoD to the other FPS's I play it is still unique and fun in its own special way. Call of Duty is one of the most played FPS's or am I wrong? I don't understand why everyone is drawing so many superficial conclusions... This year Call of Duty will always be what it is no matter what they change, which is Call of Duty.

+BaconMonster101 i love this game too trust me i think its pretty epic i mean the regular call of duty games are where people run around and the maps get a little strict on where you can go and you basically in either cover or hiding to where you dont die that much but with advanced warfare you have more freedom to move around and you can jump from building to building no offense but to admit i like advanced warfare a lot more than black ops 3 which is literally almost the same thing for titanfall (trust me look at those jetpack fuel gauges that appear below the crosshair thats in titanfall and black ops 3 youll notice they look a like) and to be honest black ops 3 is a lot like titan fall except you dont have to get to a ship when the time runs out and their are no titans (a titan in titanfall is a GIANT robot where you can manually operate it like an XSI-GOLIATH but a little harder to get used to or you can put it on autopilot and it will kinda be your little helper on killing other players) but to admit i love advanced warfare and i always will love playing it......also did you know that theirs a zombie bonus round in the prison map "riot" when you play exo survival?
Anyone else feel bad for cod? I mean personally i hate the game, but they are trying so hard to stay a franchise they are taking pieces of the successful games trying to be as successful as battlefield and titanfall. It was once a good game back around cod4.... now it's just sad :/
They weren't really that bad. Every gun had like 11 variants so if there wasn't something you liked about the gun and you wish you could tweak it a little chances are 1 of those varisnts gave you what best suits your playstyle

Supply Drops = Battlepacks (BF4) Super Jump = Titanfall Tsunami = Paracel Storm/ Levolution (BF4) Space Armor= Halo Laser Guns = Any Sci-Fi game you can name ...The list can go on If you think about it though, you are getting a good deal for all of these games. $60 for about 100 different titles is phenomenal. All jokes aside, the game looks kinda fun but trailers tend to make games seem that way a lot. My biggest thing is that the balance is good, and that they fix the goddamn spawning system. What I wouldn't mind seeing CoD take from BF is a squad spawn/objective spawn option. Then maybe I will touch CoD again.
Guns = Guns(Doom). It's a military based futuristic shooter, of course there's going to be same elements as Halo, BF4 and Titanfall have. Also, the game production started before Titanfall was even released.

Titanfall- A multiplayer only FPS that can best be described as a bare bones game. There are barely any weapons, no customization for your titan or pilot, the multiplayer campaign was basically just multiplayer matches with characters giving voice overs that no one payed attention to or even cared about. The gameplay is fun for the first few matches but after a while it gets extremely repetitive and boring. But the biggest sin committed by the game was that they charged 60$ for so little content. Advanced Warfare- A game that offers a Campaign, multiplayer, and most likely a co-op mode. Offers a real single player campaign which most likely has a better narrative (these are the guys who made dead space so I at least hoping it's above average). Actually offers character, weapons, equipment, and scorestreak customization. Also overall better graphics and sound design. The only real thing these two games have in common are that they both have a double jump and it stops there. In titanfall the movements are based on the amount momentum you gain as you move through the map and are more light weight feeling. In advanced warfare the movements are more heavy and include quick dashes forward,back, and side to side to aid in maneuverability. Some may make semi-retarded arguments that they stole everything from titanfall which is impossible since both games have been development for three years (Advanced warfare has been development fairly longer than titanfall). Another argument people use is that they copied every SIFI shooter in history which is also retarded cause by that logic than titanfall copied every SIFI game in history this also includes crysis, halo, destiny, and the list goes on.
Sound design is better in titan fall. And the reason there are so few guns is because they all do something good and different. Why have fifty guns when you can have eight guns that all do different things. (looking at you bf4) but all your other points are valid.
The amount of people saying this copied Titanfall is so infuriating! Titanfall was a rushed job which is why it's Online only campaign did not work and why no one is playing it anymore, after like 4 months. AW has been a thing for a good 3 years but just because EA rushed out Titanfall to get "ahead" of CoD, doesn't mean Titanfall is superior. Games copy other games. If this is copying Titanfall, and Titanfall is copying Halo, which was copied by Mass Effect, meanwhile Halo is copying Star Wars, etc. You just don't stop. Things can be similar for fuck sake. AW looks like it'll be more fun than Titanfall is, so I have nothing to complain. Also, it's not Ghosts so there is +100 million points in my book.

As of recently i think not. Battlefield 4 had the worst launch ever, and battlefield hardline looks like a bf3 dlc. They need to do some serious catching up now.
Call of Duty made a smart move adding the futuristic element to the franchise because they can now add a lot more to the game. If the had stuck with doing games in the present day or in the past it would be harder to change concepts and ideas as most of them have already been taken in other games or existing CoD games. Once you add a futuristic element, the creativity for the game can increase.

People need to realize that CoD is an arcade game and not a real life FPS. Battlefield itself is not even a real FPS game when you really think about it. I think AW is a big step in the CoD franchise. The maps look bigger, better, and more adventurous. The gameplay reminds me of Black Ops and Mw2 put together. People need to stop criticizing/hating and wait until release.
Pretty much every other call of duty was better than Ghosts. I'm sorry, but absolutely horrid multiplayer that encouraged the one style players really hate: Camping. Worst campaign arguably in the history of Call of Duty, I'm sorry but it was just sooooooo awful.

Search for enemy front published by bandi namaco games, then do us a favor and play that instead of Cod.

This is exactly what I just thought! I played every single PC-CoD game from CoD1 to MW2 and then I stopped because it became too stupid to pay 50€ for the same dull game every year. This trailer is the first CoD since MW1 that looks different and, most important, FUN! But I will wait until it's released! I've learned from experience to not trust trailers! Never!
Titanfall? Check Halo? Check Battlefield? Check Kickass Story? Check Good multiplayer? .... Seems to have too much going on. Even for a Call of Duty game. I really wish they would go back in time and not forward. They have too many mechanics from so many different games. This seems like it will flop. I do hope for the best however. I do not want to see any series from the industry die. Edit: I forgot to add that I love Call of Duty's story lines. I'm not a hater, just a realist. I will buy this game. Okay, well I can personally say that I have been a cod fan since cod 3. I seen the trailer and all of the pros talking about Advanced Warfare. I personally think it is a good game except for a few flaws. The jumping is Fucking retarded. Everyone complains every single time a cod game comes out about the noobtubes. Guess what they did to make it worse, EVERYONE NOOBTUBES now! There aren't any grenades/flashes you throw they noobtube out of your arm. The problem they did with this call of duty is that they went too much toward HALO and guess what HALO is slowly but surely dying off, so what does that tell you? I'm not hating because I'm still going to get the game, but being that they have been a gaming company for so long they should have known that cod players wouldn't like a lot of the stuff thy are doing. This is the first cod that I am actually worried about.

Amrit Singh World at War was basically the only WWII game that lived to see the era when multiplayer began getting really popular. And I and many others think it was the best multiplayer experience yet. It was simple and fun, and Activision wasn't trying to rob money from us every other fucking week like the newer Call of Dutys are doing with their pointless DLC. (Map packs are understandable but now you have to pay for new clothes and camos??? Okay.) Also, with the next-gen systems here, they can revive the World War II setting with stunning new graphics and gameplay.

There's always controversy about Call of Duty. It won't ever stop. "Oh, to many campers" or "what a hacker" or "this guy has aimbot", etc. I personally like Treyarch games, and I always hear this. Players make the game seem bad. Nowadays players are 12 year olds or young kids that believe they are pros. Then the grown ups and teens always have to hear their annoying voices and they make a big deal on just about anything including a quickscope for the final kill. If everyone used their guns for their respective purposes and weren't 12 years old then the game would seem better

Pepsi Man when the game first came out it had supply drops but the system was good, no cod points an easy to win guns. Then after one of the dlc's they changed to advanced supply drops put cod points in and made it hard to win guns. Ever since then it's been hard to get guns without paying and each year it becomes more ridiculous.

Sorry to break it but... it doesn't look entertaining or fun. I was CoD fan back in times but they just got buried too deep into the shit. Whole future theme seems to be one laser-type of gun, bigger jumps and wallhack equipment, which is just disappointing. Some killstreaks (or point-streaks whatever), seem to be (again) just reskins from the earlier streaks in the series.
And everyone has right to complain. It's better than be fanglasses on and accept everything that game developers try to feed and get angry if someone doesn't like their beloved little toy *wink wink*

I was just commenting since so many people were drawing so many conclusions on how Advanced Warfare seems to be mimicking many other games while it really isn't. Call of Duty may not be the best in terms of quality for most people but they do have a firm place in gaming where people will pick this game up just because they know it is CoD.
In my opinion Call of Duty throughout the past few years has definitely improved little by little with each game which isn't bad but it isn't particularly good either. Each game past the first Modern Warfare brought something new to the game and essentially each year we would be getting an update for $60 on release, which also isn't particularly good sounding. However, most of us usually don't buy the game for the game itself. We all buy it because we can all play it with friends or just enjoy the feeling of victory. Sure, some of us will buy the game for the story (not really unless it was Modern Warfare) but the only reason millions of people buy the game each year is because it is a game we can all play together. Whether you are a 9 year old who got hold of your big brother's controller or a guy in his 70's who gets a kick out of shooting noobs. You have to admit the gameplay is solid, easily recognizable and sets a standard for other games to exceed or at least switch up. I have played basically every Call of Duty and I can say that sure they all feel pretty alike past Modern Warfare but every year I came back (Excluding Ghosts...) because I found Call of Duty to be actually a fun game.
I have also played many other FPS's such as Battlefield, Planetside, Halo, and Counter Strike. When I compare CoD to the other FPS's I play it is still unique and fun in its own special way. Call of Duty is one of the most played FPS's or am I wrong? I don't understand why everyone is drawing so many superficial conclusions...

+BaconMonster101 i love this game too trust me i think its pretty epic i mean the regular call of duty games are where people run around and the maps get a little strict on where you can go and you basically in either cover or hiding to where you dont die that much but with advanced warfare you have more freedom to move around and you can jump from building to building no offense but to admit i like advanced warfare a lot more than black ops 3 which is literally almost the same thing for titanfall (trust me look at those jetpack fuel gauges that appear below the crosshair thats in titanfall and black ops 3 youll notice they look a like) and to be honest black ops 3 is a lot like titan fall except you dont have to get to a ship when the time runs out and their are no titans (a titan in titanfall is a GIANT robot where you can manually operate it like an XSI-GOLIATH but a little harder to get used to or you can put it on autopilot and it will kinda be your little helper on killing other players) but to admit i love advanced warfare and i always will love playing it......also did you know that theirs a zombie bonus round in the prison map "riot" when you play exo survival?

If you think about it though, you are getting a good deal for all of these games. $60 for about 100 different titles is phenomenal.
All jokes aside, the game looks kinda fun but trailers tend to make games seem that way a lot. My biggest thing is that the balance is good, and that they fix the goddamn spawning system. What I wouldn't mind seeing CoD take from BF is a squad spawn/objective spawn option. Then maybe I will touch CoD again.
Guns = Guns(Doom). It's a military based futuristic shooter, of course there's going to be same elements as Halo, BF4 and Titanfall have. Also, the game production started before Titanfall was even released.

Titanfall- A multiplayer only FPS that can best be described as a bare bones game. There are barely any weapons, no customization for your titan or pilot, the multiplayer campaign was basically just multiplayer matches with characters giving voice overs that no one payed attention to or even cared about. The gameplay is fun for the first few matches but after a while it gets extremely repetitive and boring. But the biggest sin committed by the game was that they charged 60$ for so little content.
Advanced Warfare- A game that offers a Campaign, multiplayer, and most likely a co-op mode. Offers a real single player campaign which most likely has a better narrative (these are the guys who made dead space so I at least hoping it's above average). Actually offers character, weapons, equipment, and scorestreak customization. Also overall better graphics and sound design.
The only real thing these two games have in common are that they both have a double jump and it stops there. In titanfall the movements are based on the amount momentum you gain as you move through the map and are more light weight feeling. In advanced warfare the movements are more heavy and include quick dashes forward,back, and side to side to aid in maneuverability. Some may make semi-retarded arguments that they stole everything from titanfall which is impossible since both games have been development for three years (Advanced warfare has been development fairly longer than titanfall). Another argument people use is that they copied every SIFI shooter in history which is also retarded cause by that logic than titanfall copied every SIFI game in history this also includes crysis, halo, destiny, and the list goes on.
Sound design is better in titan fall. And the reason there are so few guns is because they all do something good and different. Why have fifty guns when you can have eight guns that all do different things. (looking at you bf4) but all your other points are valid.

Titanfall was a rushed job which is why it's Online only campaign did not work and why no one is playing it anymore, after like 4 months. AW has been a thing for a good 3 years but just because EA rushed out Titanfall to get "ahead" of CoD, doesn't mean Titanfall is superior. Games copy other games. If this is copying Titanfall, and Titanfall is copying Halo, which was copied by Mass Effect, meanwhile Halo is copying Star Wars, etc. You just don't stop. Things can be similar for fuck sake. Call of Duty made a smart move adding the futuristic element to the franchise because they can now add a lot more to the game. If the had stuck with doing games in the present day or in the past it would be harder to change concepts and ideas as most of them have already been taken in other games or existing CoD games. Once you add a futuristic element, the creativity for the game can increase.

People need to realize that CoD is an arcade game and not a real life FPS. Battlefield itself is not even a real FPS game when you really think about it. Pretty much every other call of duty was better than Ghosts. I'm sorry, but absolutely horrid multiplayer that encouraged the one style players really hate: Camping. Worst campaign arguably in the history of Call of Duty, I'm sorry but it was just sooooooo awful.

For those of you who want WW2, I hope you relize there will be no minimap, no scorestreaks, a sever lack of attacments, and about 4 guns. It's just going to be trench fights with ak-47's, but if thats enough to maintain your short attention span than so be it. Search for enemy front published by bandi namaco games, then do us a favor and play that instead of Cod.

Okay, well I can personally say that I have been a cod fan since cod 3. I seen the trailer and all of the pros talking about Advanced Warfare. I personally think it is a good game except for a few flaws. The jumping is Fucking retarded. Everyone complains every single time a cod game comes out about the noobtubes. Guess what they did to make it worse, EVERYONE NOOBTUBES now! There aren't any grenades/flashes you throw they noobtube out of your arm. The problem they did with this call of duty is that they went too much toward HALO and guess what HALO is slowly but surely dying off, so what does that tell you? I'm not hating because I'm still going to get the game, but being that they have been a gaming company for so long they should have known that cod players wouldn't like a lot of the stuff thy are doing. This is the first cod that I am actually worried about.

Amrit Singh World at War was basically the only WWII game that lived to see the era when multiplayer began getting really popular. And I and many others think it was the best multiplayer experience yet. It was simple and fun, and Activision wasn't trying to rob money from us every other fucking week like the newer Call of Dutys are doing with their pointless DLC. (Map packs are understandable but now you have to pay for new clothes and camos??? Okay.) Also, with the next-gen systems here, they can revive the World War II setting with stunning new graphics and gameplay.

There's always controversy about Call of Duty. It won't ever stop. "Oh, to many campers" or "what a hacker" or "this guy has aimbot", etc. I personally like Treyarch games, and I always hear this. Players make the game seem bad. Nowadays players are 12 year olds or young kids that believe they are pros. Then the grown ups and teens always have to hear their annoying voices and they make a big deal on just about anything including a quickscope for the final kill. If everyone used their guns for their respective purposes and weren't 12 years old then the game would seem better
