My neighbors home was in foreclosure and was scheduled to go to auction on July 5, 2023, but we noticed that on Zillow it no longer has a status of Auction, but now has a status of 'off market.' Is it possible that an investor was able to purchase the home before it went to auction or is it a must that the home be sold at the auction? Thank you.
