lol yep. I was linked this video as a "fix" from the MSI forums. This does nothing to fix it, only prevent it from happening in the first place....

If you run out of restore chance, you need to contact Microsoft
@@tiredhamster8437 There's a year long help thread on Microsoft's website about this. Contacting Microsoft does absolutely _nothing_ to help and you'll be left with an open ticket for weeks. I only discovered this problem today when I updated my Z690 Tomahawk and now I'm screwed that MS thinks my full legal and stupidly overpriced copy of Windows isn't valid.
That will keep them happy as they sure get cranky about it
