One litre 301 + 200 gram black cement ( No water) make paste use as paint and do two coats vertical and horizontal on surface where water proofing required. Do not use water any way.

It's used for waterproofing... white cement has waterproofing nature than grey cement. More Adhesive strength doesnt mean more waterproof
