Yes 100%. ERRA has some of the only songs that can actually give me the feels the same as if I was in an altered state but I am not, the music is just that good.
I just saw this cover for the first time and it just did the same to me hahahaaa. Erra man, some of the best guitar on the earth and this guy gets it.

What a great song and such a clean cover - awesome job. I think Orchid might be one of my all time favorites. How hard was it to learn??? I saw the tabs on Jellynote but they sound weird when the midi player sounds it out??? They sell the tabs there and I am happy to pay for them because that is what the band wants but I am skeptical that the transcription there is accurate and I do not want to buy the entire Drift download ($25 is a fortune to me right now). Where did you learn this from?
Cheers man, orchid has always been one of my favourites, I’m a sucker for their melodic stuff! I think I learned it off ultimate guitar and at the time it was a big challenge for me cause I had just started learning Erra material, but by the time of this video I had practiced it for two or so years haha but I did buy the guitar transcription cause after so long of playing it I found out I was playing it wrong, might still be! Haha give it a shot though and keep expectations low, I definitely didn’t learn it over night! 😛

Thank you! I used to use ultimate guitar and thats how I originally learned it when the album came out in 2016, but now they have the official tabs on sheet happens music! You can get Drift, Neon and the Self-Titled on there

What tunning is this in?
Drop A# but on a 7 string, so the extra string is the high F (A# F A# D# G C F)
What string gauges where you using to be able to tune up?
I’m using 11-64’s, probably not ideal for drop A# but it got the job done! The strings were pretty tight haha
