There isn't anything between them, their relationship is strictly platonic. I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death.
Also, most people are pretty much comfortable enough to be naked around someone and have sex with someone that they have no romantic feelings towards. So sex isn't really a thing about romance.
I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner is. Also, you would more likely be much closer to a person who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a partner or spouse.
People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse.

No matter what, a lot of fathers seem to hate it whenever their daughter has a boyfriend (even if he is a good guy). There are even shirts made for daughters that say "I'M NOT ALLOWED TO EVER DATE" and shirts made for fathers that say "DADS AGAINST DAUGHTERS DATING".
I have also heard many fathers on the internet say that they hate the idea of their daughter having a boyfriend someday, and are completely against it. So it seems to me that most fathers don't ever want their daughters to date and be in a romantic relationship with a guy.
The same thing can be said about brothers and sisters too. No matter what, a lot of brothers seem to hate it whenever their sister has a boyfriend (even if the guy is a good guy).
And I have also too have heard many brothers on the internet say that they hate the idea of their sister having a boyfriend someday, and are completely against it. And so it seems to me that most brothers (like fathers) don't ever want their sisters to date and be in a romantic relationship with a guy.
So it seems that most fathers don't ever want their daughters to find love and be in a romantic relationship with someone, and it also seems that most brothers don't ever want their sisters to find love and be in a romantic relationship with someone, and so to me, it seems that a lot of fathers and brothers don't ever want their daughters/sisters to have a husband someday.
I don't blame them though for thinking that way since romantic love and romantic relationships can be a bad thing for someone since a broken heart can cause a person a lot of pain, and there's a lot of risks of someone getting emotionally and/or physically hurt in a romantic relationship.
Platonic relationships don't have that many risks or dangers in them, and that's why most fathers and brothers don't make a big deal about their daughters or sisters having platonic male friends, but make a big deal when they have a boyfriend (or potential boyfriend). Most fathers and brothers usually like their daughter's or sister's platonic male friends, while they usually dislike their daughter's or sister's boyfriends (or potential boyfriends). So that's another reason why platonic relationships are better.
So those could also be other reasons why the concept of romantic relationships isn't a good thing because of how protective fathers and brothers tend to be whenever their daughter or sister dates someone since they are afraid that the boyfriend will be a pervert that will make their daughter or sister uncomfortable (also break her heart or abuse her).

These past few interviews he’s been a little bit off, I mean they’re shooting two movies right now PLUS promoting awc so you can tell they’re both tired but idk, the vibes are just.. weird? You can also tell that Hero knows about Herophine and that people like to over analyze every interaction between him and Jo, that’s why he always include the words “professional” and “cast and crew” when he talks about her. I mean I get him but I just wish that he wouldn’t make it seem like they don’t get along when you can tell by other interviews that they do 😪

I don’t personally think he is tired of the shipping, he looks generally tired, filming all day, whole days of interviews with no end time, no rest. But they both like their privacy and I agree, you have the crazy shippers and the ones (like me) that, are mainly quiet and keep their opinions to themselves.
If they are together? Only time will tell. But no, what hero said about strictly professional didn’t change my mind.. he was reading of a script, his body language, hero as a person is transparent and easy to read, however, I respect what he said, but I still have my opinion ☺️

Fans are also shipping them even though lana has a boyfriend already but they handle it very well. Obviously they are good friends and comfortable with each other. I remember they even dance together in front of many press. I hope hero can be like that and learn from other actors too.

Noah and Lana are super cute, but I personally don’t ship them, because Lana has a boyfriend, and there’s no chemistry like hero and jo. They are purely just friends. But when it comes to hero and jo, they can’t even say they are friends, the chemistry is insane, the natural body reactions (goosebumps, dilated pupils etc), hero is transparent and can’t lie, but jo on the other hand is good at hiding her emotions. But yes, hero and jo aren’t used to getting this much attention.. they are learning as they go, together.. and potentially being in a relationship with this fame, they just need communication and privacy. But time will tell.. i personally think there’s something there.. and it’s not “strictly professional” 🤷🏻♀️

They seem very chill and cool people and they have in common that and the fact that they aren't in social media a lot, but seeing the type of ppl Hero hangs out with, what he does, how he has fun... i don't see Jo as part of it. They respect each other and have on screen chemistry but just bc they have it doesn't mean they must be or are in a relationship outside. they work together so well, are good together at their job, but outside of it? Don't see it bc of their personalities and who they hang out with. I bet after all films are done they'll be like the type who lose contact and only say hi IF they bump into each other.
