Sony is refusing to issue PS4 players refunds for “unplayable” Cyberpunk 2077

Sony is now refusing to issue PlayStation 4 players a refund for Cyberpunk 2077 , after refunding a number of customers due to controversial and “exceptionally poor” performance issues.
