You mean to wrap your Alice band? I would advice against that as glue gun usually comes out thick and would leave humps won’t make it smooth

I think 10inches would be too high for her, you might want to make it 8inches/ 6 inches depending on your taste. You can’t fold the cloth I two and test it on her head to see the height that fits her best
