Beautiful display of Colorado plants. I need ground covers and have found several from this video that I will use. Color and sizes are very versatile. Every year I add plants to my yard. These will look beautiful around my steppingstones. So excited for Spring planting! Thanks so much for this informative video.
🙁 my Tidal Pool Veronica is not vigorous. It’s not doing much at all and it’s been 10 month or so. Hasn’t spread at all in the ground. The ones I still have in pots spread a bit. Don’t know what it needs. I’m in CA, Bay Area.
I live in central Illinois and have been trying to figure out what plants would work best for a sunny slope that I do not want to have to mow anymore. It is about 66 feet across and only about 8 feet up. Any ideas where I could find information on what would work here? I would like a low growing and from this video have decided that the Delospermas "Table Mountain" and "Psfave" would work nicely (I hope) along with one called "Alan's Apricot" that I saw on your website. Please, I would appreciate any information you could direct me to or give me on finding these plants, if they would grow on a slope in Illinois and the best way to plant them. Thank you so much!
Laura, If you make it up to Midwest Groundcovers outside of Chicago, you'll find that they are growing several of the PS ice plants and I suggested they grow Alan's Apricot for next year because it seems to have the best soil & moisture adaptability. www.midwestgroundcovers.com/ Enjoy!

Much of Nevada should also be included in the adaptability map.
Yes, we agree. These plants would do very well around places like Reno and Nevada's montane areas.
Beautiful.....thank you for the information
