Team Ride for Lexi and Aerice in San Mateo

Our Mountain Bike Sisters, Lexi and Aerice, go on a Team Ride to Sitio Aris in San Mateo, Rizal. This was part of their regular Saturday training at Coach D Training Systems. This video showed them doing hill repeat intervals at The Wall of Timberland Heights and also their Team Ride via Reverse AFP Climb, a very steep climb at the back of Timberland.
