@@exiaax I guess I'm lucky that my first sci-fi anime is Swallowed Star - you know, coz IEatTomatoes duh, and was mesmerized how good it was done - fighting, sfx, everything. And it is soo fluid as action.
Swallowed Star is great for western audiences because it feels more familiar, doesn't rely on knowledge of Chinese mysticism and the characters talk and act in a more relatable way. Well written and good pacing too.

the animation is getting better nice nice. would love see more high end animation like league cinematic stuff, xian ni (immortal renegade) is one of best animation series i seen so far along with demon slayer (chinese). xian ni got really nice plot and its fun to watch, slow progress but worth it. Jian li female mc animation looks nice im looking forward to it too.
