When JBL first launched the extreme series, there were limited competitors in that space. Now the mid to large Bluetooth speaker market is nearly oversaturated with some speakers offering incredible bang for your buck! Jbl really needs to drop the price on the extreme to $200 retail

That speaker is a beast for the asking retail price of $129.00. It has two 10 watt tweeters & 40 watts on the woofer. When the bass up feature is activated, you're getting 15 watts a tweeter & 50 watts on the woofer. It plays down to 45HZ & has a 24 your battery life.
Crazy how much better the Tribit is, over the overly priced JBL. Admittedly disappointed in JBL. I was really hoping for more considering their asking price. For what they're asking, there are so many better options out there, including in their own line up. The Encore comes to mind. The PB 120 is incredible and at the same price more or less. Not to mention the BB3 or whatever that thing is called. Don't even get me started on offerings from other companies lie WKING and TRIBIT and ANKER, just to name a few
if you just want a slightly better experience compared to you phone speaker and a very portable small speaker, he has recommended the Tribit Micro 2. I have a Tribit Maxsound Plus and have to say, tribit has pretty good quality overall (bought it because of his recommendation back in 2019). If you want a more versatile one, Earfun has come out with a Earfun UBoom L that was tuned by him. you can buy it for 60 bucks, its a steal, If I didn't have the Tribit all these years later I would buy the UBoom L. But for now, since I still have the Tribit, I was more interested in getting a bigger speaker like the Stormbox Blast

I was wrong on the previous video, the JBL is no longer comparable with the Tribit and the other new generation speakers. Sounds great but it stay short in sound now

Hey Oluv. I am listening to music on Earfun Uboom L as I type this comment. And I have to admit. It's a nice treat to the ears. Everything sounds smooth. It's not clinical like the HS8. It's warm enough to be enjoyable and accurate enough to not get harsh. Everything is right where it should be. I have listened to JBL boom boxes, Sony SRS series, Bose soundlink series and Harman kardon speakers. And by far Uboom L has the most enjoyable sound for me.
Brauche Hilfe 😅 ich habe mir damals auf ihre Empfehlung den harman kardon Onyx Studio 5 geholt und das ist bis heute der beste Lautsprecher den ich je gehört habe deswegen schonmal danke. Ich wollte mir einen neuen kaufen bin überlege den neusten Onyx Studio 8 zu kaufen oder den Go + Play 3 was würden sie mir empfehlen? Go+play 3, ist derzeit sicherlich der beste außer dass er nicht besonders laut ist dafür klingt er auf allen Lautstärken wirklich gut und extrem druckvoll im Bass

@@BENNYLiiGHT Der Teufel Boomster klingt finde ich von allen aufgezählten insgesamt am besten. Sie hat eine sehr breite Soundstage und der Ton hängt nicht am Lautsprecher fest, dazu sind die Höhen erstaunlich klar für einen Bluetooth Speaker und sie ist nicht so groß und schwer. Gerade auch noch im Angebot bei Teufel ;D. Wenn Bass allerdings am wichtigsten ist, würde ich entweder zur Tribit Stormbox Blast oder zur JBL Partybox Encore greifen. Der Boomster hat für die Größe zwar auch erstaunlich guten Bass, an die Tribit kommt er aber nicht ran und die Encore putzt beide weg. Dafür hält der Akku der Encore nicht so lange und sie wird nicht in viele Rucksäcke rein passen, auf Grund des Formats. Habe gerade diese und letzte Woche die genannten Lautsprecher und mehr direkt gegeneinander getestet, weil ich auf der Suche nach etwas ähnlichem bin. Bei mir werden es wohl eine Partybox Encore und dazu noch eine Encore Essential, oder eine Partybox 120. Die 120 ist aber noch nicht eingetroffen und zu groß, wenn man sie zum wandern mitnehmen möchte. Edit: Ich überlege auch tatsächlich, die Boomster so oder so zu behalten, weil sie für mich mit Abstand am besten klingt und einen so schön ausbalancierten Klang hat.
@@rollingslothmachine3431 Ich hab mir nun die Tribit geholt - für unsere Kreise steht u.a. der Bass im Vordergrund. Die Encore hab ich mir auch angeguckt, das ist im Endeffekt aber auch ein Würfel, der nirgends (Rucksack) mehr so wirkllich reinpasst. Das ist dann eher was für den "statischen" Standort. Bevor ich aber auf den Encore gehen würde, wäre ich glaube ich direkt bei den Partyboxen 100/110/300/310.

Extra Bass in Tribit is not a magic boost of bass in any EQ - it actually replaces current EQ with whole another EQ to provide this "Extra Bass" feature. In other words - you can't pick your favourite EQ (or create custom) AND switch on/off Extra Bass at the same time. Soundcore speakers have the same behaviour.
Thing is, the youth is very fixated on JBL. They don't ever compare to other speakers because they either don't care, are ignorant or just don't think there is any competition. This JBL speaker should cost 75% of the price of the tribit one. It goes equally as loud yes, but the quality is so bad compared to it. I own the PartyBox 310 and 2 Uboom L's. I only ever use the PartyBox if I want bass, every other situation I go for the Uboom's. I used to have a JBL Boombox 2 but it just sounded awful once I listened to some other speakers.
Speaking of Boombox 2. You did not even update your firmware. Same thing with Boombox 3. They both sound better with updated firmwares. Just make sure you updated. Also has included adjustable frequency gain.
Actually i see more and more people going with the jbl partybox speakers cause they are a way better value for the money i think a Partybox encore would be a good competitor for the tribit right here

Mit diesem Video, machst du deinem Kanal Namen wirklich alle Ehre: "Olafs Gadgets"😁 Ich habe auch vor kurzem das RC Auto Hobby für mich entdeckt und besitze unter anderem den WL Toys 124008 Brushless Buggy (60 Kmh mit GPS) Macht wirklich richtig Spass! Ohne Worte. Die Stormbox Blast spielt in einer eigenen Liga, vor allem für den Preis. Ich habe 2020 die upgraded Version der Partybox 300 für weniger Geld erstanden, als die Extreme 4 heute kostet... Ich bin echt gespannt wie lange JBL mit ihrer derzeitigen Preispolitik noch Erfolg haben werden... Übrigens staune ich, das sich niemand über die Geräuschkulisse beschwert hat. Ich glaube ihr Östereicher seit einfach viel entspannter. Wenn ich in meinem Stadtteil von Dresden so eine Session veranstalten würde, käme in kürzester Zeit die Polizei 😔
Ist ja sowieso laut dort die Gegend wegen Straße und Autobahn. Der SCY16101 den ich im Video fahre sollte an die 80kmh schaffen, der Haiboxing den mein Sohn fährt habe ich mit 68kmh gemessen. Wenn man bedenkt dass ich für beide etwa 100€ gezahlt habe… 😅
Wow, für den Preis müssen die aber gebraucht gewesen sein. Ich kenne Haiboxing, MJX und co. Die bieten ein mega Preis Leistungsverhältnis, genauso wie WL Toys, aber 100€ für beide ist natürlich top! Das Problem bei den kleinen Trucks ist aber die Stabilität. Die sind einfach overpowered. Mein 1:12 Buggy liegt wie auf Schienen und bei Bedarf könnte ich ihn leicht tunen, aber mir reichen derzeit als Anfänger die 60kmh noch völlig aus💪 Apropos WL Toys: Ich habe auch einen kleinen Truggy mit Licht (284161) im Maßstab 1:28. Der ist nicht größer als eine Hand und fährt über 30kmh. Auch die Stabilität und das Fahrverhalten sind extrem beeindruckend. Den kann man auch sehr gut im Haus fahren, wenn genug Platz vorhanden ist.
Den 1/28 muss ich mir mal anschauen, wie heisst der genau? Ist das so ein 3-türer?, den SCY16101 bekommt man auf Tomtop unter 100€ mit 1 Akku, der Haiboxing 16890A kostet auf amazon.com 150$ (bei uns gibts den leider nicht), aber zu weihnachten war der in aktion da hab ich zugeschlagen und selbst mit zoll war ich unter 100€. wir wollen jetzt auch auf 1:10 gehen, aber der vorteil von den kleinen ist, dass man gleich mehrere in einer tasche oder rucksack mitnehmen kann.
Kann sein das der Kommentar jetzt doppelt angekommen ist: Entweder UA-cam oder mein Handy spinnen zur Zeit... Also, der Kleine heißt WL Toys 28 41 61. Einfach bei Google eingeben. Den gibt's bei Bangood derzeit für um die 50€, oder bei Amazon, aber wesentlich teurer. Ich habe auch immer darauf geachtet, dass die Autos nicht größer sein dürfen als der Rucksack. Desshalb ist für mich derzeit 1:12 die Grenze.

It's finally happening Lower name brands are catching up to the big boys. I was hoping jbl would match the xtreme four with the storm box, but nope! The storm bucks basically Sounds like a smaller boombox, too.. With W kings X20 on the horizon I think the boombox three will be in trouble As it is rocking 70 to 80 more Watts of power, 3 passive radiators and also a three-way setup with even more features which offer even more value. Not to mention it's half the price of the boonbox 3.

Because 60 to 70 is mostly good for me, I'm a pistol's higher volumes at a park playing volleyball. I Used my BB3 for 6 hours at 60%. Then it died so BB 3 Wi-Fi isn't going to be any better if it actually uses more power. High volume at a park.I'd happily use my LGXG9 battery life is amazing even at higher volumes, Actually that's another comparison.I wanted to see since at its max it stays controlled

@@oluvsgadgets stimmt auch wieder wobei die boombox 3 schon noch eine gute Ecke klarer und detailreicher im Bass klingt. Für Mehr Räumlichkeit und noch mehr Lautstärke sind 2x Tribit natürlich noch besser. Aber ich meinte hier auch eher, dass man keine xtreme 4 kaufen sollte für 350 Euro, weil es fürs gleiche Geld oder weniger den größeren Bruder von JBL gibt. Die xtreme 4 würde ich maximal für 200-250 kaufen, wenn es die jemals um den Preis geben sollte. Da ist der Teufel Rockster Cross im Angebot für ca. 230 Euro die bessere Wahl, wenn man in der Gewichtsklasse und Größe bleiben möchte.
The Xtreme 4 has its merits, it has deeper bass in moderate volumes and is smaller, with more battery life. It shouldn't get so much hate. Don't call it a bad speaker. It's only the price that is really terrible.

Stormbox Blast ist bei weitem die beste Budget-Boombox, vergiss Tronsmart wenn du Klangqualität willst.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer für uns geeigneten (Party)-Box/Lautsprecher.
Einsatzgebiet ist hauptsächlich in einer "Kammer" (Stammtisch) - ca. 8x8m Raum.
Die Box soll aber auch mobil/handllich genug sein um sie auf Ausflügen (Rucksack, o.ä.) mitnehmen zu können.
Anhand diverser Videos habe ich die Auswahl nun wie folgt bis ins Finale eingeschränkt.
Ach-Ja, Budget 200-300€ (Tribit wäre lediglich der günstigste, sprich Preis/Leistung?)

Tribit schlägt die alle, klingt bei halber Lautstärke wie eine JBL Partybox

@@BENNYLiiGHT Der Teufel Boomster klingt finde ich von allen aufgezählten insgesamt am besten. Sie hat eine sehr breite Soundstage und der Ton hängt nicht am Lautsprecher fest, dazu sind die Höhen erstaunlich klar für einen Bluetooth Speaker und sie ist nicht so groß und schwer. Gerade auch noch im Angebot bei Teufel ;D. Wenn Bass allerdings am wichtigsten ist, würde ich entweder zur Tribit Stormbox Blast oder zur JBL Partybox Encore greifen. Der Boomster hat für die Größe zwar auch erstaunlich guten Bass, an die Tribit kommt er aber nicht ran und die Encore putzt beide weg. Dafür hält der Akku der Encore nicht so lange und sie wird nicht in viele Rucksäcke rein passen, auf Grund des Formats.
Habe gerade diese und letzte Woche die genannten Lautsprecher und mehr direkt gegeneinander getestet, weil ich auf der Suche nach etwas ähnlichem bin.
Bei mir werden es wohl eine Partybox Encore und dazu noch eine Encore Essential, oder eine Partybox 120. Die 120 ist aber noch nicht eingetroffen und zu groß, wenn man sie zum wandern mitnehmen möchte.
Edit: Ich überlege auch tatsächlich, die Boomster so oder so zu behalten, weil sie für mich mit Abstand am besten klingt und einen so schön ausbalancierten Klang hat.
@@rollingslothmachine3431 Ich hab mir nun die Tribit geholt - für unsere Kreise steht u.a. der Bass im Vordergrund.
Die Encore hab ich mir auch angeguckt, das ist im Endeffekt aber auch ein Würfel, der nirgends (Rucksack) mehr so wirkllich reinpasst.
Das ist dann eher was für den "statischen" Standort.
Bevor ich aber auf den Encore gehen würde, wäre ich glaube ich direkt bei den Partyboxen 100/110/300/310.

I got my tribit stormbox on ebay for $50 from tribit store last October nothing could compare to the price to performance i paid for it lol. Should have gotten one more before they soldout.

Extra Bass in Tribit is not a magic boost of bass in any EQ - it actually replaces current EQ with whole another EQ to provide this "Extra Bass" feature. In other words - you can't pick your favourite EQ (or create custom) AND switch on/off Extra Bass at the same time. Soundcore speakers have the same behaviour.

Thing is, the youth is very fixated on JBL. They don't ever compare to other speakers because they either don't care, are ignorant or just don't think there is any competition.
This JBL speaker should cost 75% of the price of the tribit one. It goes equally as loud yes, but the quality is so bad compared to it.
I own the PartyBox 310 and 2 Uboom L's. I only ever use the PartyBox if I want bass, every other situation I go for the Uboom's.
I used to have a JBL Boombox 2 but it just sounded awful once I listened to some other speakers.
Speaking of Boombox 2. You did not even update your firmware. Same thing with Boombox 3. They both sound better with updated firmwares. Just make sure you updated. Also has included adjustable frequency gain.
Actually i see more and more people going with the jbl partybox speakers cause they are a way better value for the money i think a Partybox encore would be a good competitor for the tribit right here
JBL is not the best choice for small speakers, but for the Partybox series they have no serious competition.

Ohne Worte. Die Stormbox Blast spielt in einer eigenen Liga, vor allem für den Preis. Ich habe 2020 die upgraded Version der Partybox 300 für weniger Geld erstanden, als die Extreme 4 heute kostet... Ich bin echt gespannt wie lange JBL mit ihrer derzeitigen Preispolitik noch Erfolg haben werden... Übrigens staune ich, das sich niemand über die Geräuschkulisse beschwert hat. Ich glaube ihr Östereicher seit einfach viel entspannter. Wenn ich in meinem Stadtteil von Dresden so eine Session veranstalten würde, käme in kürzester Zeit die Polizei 😔

Der SCY16101 den ich im Video fahre sollte an die 80kmh schaffen, der Haiboxing den mein Sohn fährt habe ich mit 68kmh gemessen. Wenn man bedenkt dass ich für beide etwa 100€ gezahlt habe… 😅
Wow, für den Preis müssen die aber gebraucht gewesen sein. Ich kenne Haiboxing, MJX und co. Die bieten ein mega Preis Leistungsverhältnis, genauso wie WL Toys, aber 100€ für beide ist natürlich top! Das Problem bei den kleinen Trucks ist aber die Stabilität. Die sind einfach overpowered. Mein 1:12 Buggy liegt wie auf Schienen und bei Bedarf könnte ich ihn leicht tunen, aber mir reichen derzeit als Anfänger die 60kmh noch völlig aus💪 Apropos WL Toys: Ich habe auch einen kleinen Truggy mit Licht (284161) im Maßstab 1:28. Der ist nicht größer als eine Hand und fährt über 30kmh. Auch die Stabilität und das Fahrverhalten sind extrem beeindruckend. Den kann man auch sehr gut im Haus fahren, wenn genug Platz vorhanden ist.
Den 1/28 muss ich mir mal anschauen, wie heisst der genau? Ist das so ein 3-türer?, den SCY16101 bekommt man auf Tomtop unter 100€ mit 1 Akku, der Haiboxing 16890A kostet auf amazon.com 150$ (bei uns gibts den leider nicht), aber zu weihnachten war der in aktion da hab ich zugeschlagen und selbst mit zoll war ich unter 100€. wir wollen jetzt auch auf 1:10 gehen, aber der vorteil von den kleinen ist, dass man gleich mehrere in einer tasche oder rucksack mitnehmen kann.

Den gibt's bei Bangood derzeit für um die 50€, oder bei Amazon, aber wesentlich teurer. Ich habe auch immer darauf geachtet, dass die Autos nicht größer sein dürfen als der Rucksack. Desshalb ist für mich derzeit 1:12 die Grenze.

It's finally happening Lower name brands are catching up to the big boys. I was hoping jbl would match the xtreme four with the storm box, but nope! The storm bucks basically Sounds like a smaller boombox, too.. With W kings X20 on the horizon I think the boombox three will be in trouble As it is rocking 70 to 80 more Watts of power, 3 passive radiators and also a three-way setup with even more features which offer even more value. Not to mention it's half the price of the boonbox 3.
You forgot Boombox 3 WiFi. Which now running 200W AC. And it should be 140W DC or 150W.
@FORZANDE9910 knowing the DK will have a bigger battery alone has my hopes higher, And a peak of 250 W, which I'll probably next to never use anyway. Because 60 to 70 is mostly good for me, I'm a pistol's higher volumes at a park playing volleyball. I Used my BB3 for 6 hours at 60%. Then it died so BB 3 Wi-Fi isn't going to be any better if it actually uses more power. High volume at a park.I'd happily use my LGXG9 battery life is amazing even at higher volumes, Actually that's another comparison.I wanted to see since at its max it stays controlled

The size difference is too big, the Xtrem can't compete with the Tribit, there are physical limits.
But the Xtrem is too expensive for it's size.

@@oluvsgadgets stimmt auch wieder wobei die boombox 3 schon noch eine gute Ecke klarer und detailreicher im Bass klingt. Für Mehr Räumlichkeit und noch mehr Lautstärke sind 2x Tribit natürlich noch besser.
Aber ich meinte hier auch eher, dass man keine xtreme 4 kaufen sollte für 350 Euro, weil es fürs gleiche Geld oder weniger den größeren Bruder von JBL gibt.
Die xtreme 4 würde ich maximal für 200-250 kaufen, wenn es die jemals um den Preis geben sollte.
Da ist der Teufel Rockster Cross im Angebot für ca. 230 Euro die bessere Wahl, wenn man in der Gewichtsklasse und Größe bleiben möchte.

The Xtreme 4 has its merits, it has deeper bass in moderate volumes and is smaller, with more battery life. It shouldn't get so much hate. Don't call it a bad speaker.
