- In ufology, there are serious people who want to know the truth regarding UFO phenomena, but there are also people who blur the line between science and metaphysics. I don't think an extraterrestrial reality needs that. Check this out!

Yeah I got into Sitchin when I was younger but many have exposed him over the years.
Problem is he does not follow what he says here. He bashes biblical unitarians and called them heretics and unbelievers. He would not even talk it out with them or discuss it. They tried many times

I really wish they would put a link or at least tell you where you could see the whole video in context. Dr. Heiser didn't just sit around make 1000 4 minute videos. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in actually watching the entire thing, not just a little 2 minute sound byte.
Check out his books on audible, they're amazing. I still end up watching these though
@@JuiceEternal I have all of his books. That's not the point. It would be like quoting from one of his books, Dr. Heiser said "_______ ______" without even saying what book you were quoting from. It makes it less meaningful if you wanted to dig in deeper. Dr. Heiser always wanted people to be able to dig deeper. If you listen to his Naked Bible Podcast he quotes from a lot of people, and he always made it clear where those quotes came from, because he wanted people to be able to be able to look them up and dig deeper. He wasn't trying to tell you what to think, he wanted to help you know where to look.
These videos don't allow that. Their purpose seems to be just to get views. I don't think Dr. Heiser would have liked that.

Having delved into Sitchin, Von Daniken, Tsoukalos and others, I know how the new age interpretation has been readily superimposed over every discovery. Deception works best when it's 95% truth and 5% false, and it's often just a matter of interpretation. To be fair, some like Graham Hancock tend to stick to presenting the evidence, without making pronouncements or pushing new age ideas.
I like graham but he has a strong tendency to aggressively oppose Christianity.

People tend to conflate faith with religion, and It's religious orthodoxy as represented by the establishment narrative that he seems to be poking holes at. I can see how Christians, especially creationists or catholics, might feel personally attacked by what he is revealing, but I don't think I've heard him say anything that opposes or detracts from the witness and testimony of Jesus Christ. Just to the orthodox positions held by many believers. His work actually meshes well with Trey Smith's studies of Genesis and Enoch. A believer who doesn't let the orthodox interpretations of the texts shackle him in any way, which I admire. I think we all see through a glass darkly, and anyone willing to examine the facts objectively will come to their own conclusions. He may have thrown the baby oout with the bathwater by confusing a living walk of faith in God, with a dead, man made religious dogma. Many do, but I won't dismiss his findings because of that. No matter what he thinks of them, they undeniably point to the same events as we find described in Genesis and Enoch.

It is troubling that followers of Christ, of all people, would be afraid to read controversial things like Mein Kampf, etc. Being able to field and tackle ideas is germane to the critically thoughtful.

Where are aliens described in the Bible?
Let the aliens talk of Jesus and follow His commandments, then I will think them angels, but
if they run from Jesus' name and follow not His commandments, then I will think them demons.
And of their recorded sightings & encounters, ...... they don't talk about Jesus or even seem holy.
Aliens have a lot of common with angels, demons, fairies and so on. You know who or what they are if you do research.
Technically, God is an alien. After all, He is an inteligent life form that is not a human.

Why don't atheists watch religious services? Fear is just an ASSumption to validate your un proven assertions a more plausible conclusion is an absence of intrest or belief in what you have much un unsupported faith in. Think about it this way. Why would God limit his creativity to just human beings. He is the ultimate creator nothing is off limits
Genesis talks about the Nephilim been on the Earth in those days. How they had sex with human women and their offspring were like Giants. Well where do they come from? The Bible talks about things that are visible and things are invisible. How do angels get here? How are they able to exist and not be seen? There's so much about the physical part of this world that we still do not understand. For example, we know that time travel is very possible and there are examples in the Bible. Who came to visit Abraham when he was told that he was going to have a son? Was that not Jesus? Who wrestled with Jacob? Was that not Jesus? And yet, on our linear time line, Jesus had yet to be born. And yet he says he's the alpha and the omega. There's much we do not understand. I think the aliens come from another place that we do not understand. I highly doubt that they get here in a linear distance.
Life on other planets? Maybe.
Other life coming here regularly and messing around? Demons.

This is the truth - UFOs are on God's side and are described all over the Bible. The ancient used semantic and called the spaceships, clouds, pillars, chariots and glory. The Bible talks about “clouds” going up and down with people going in and out (Exodus 24:18 - Moses entered the cloud). Clouds do not make those movements described in the Bible, but spaceships do. Jesus ascended in a “cloud” (Acts 1:9). God rides in a “cloud” (Isaiah 19:1, Psalm 104:3). Jesus will come back “with” the “clouds” (Mat 26:64, Rev 1:7). Jesus will come back commanding a fleet of starships. The church will be raptured “in” the “clouds” (I Thess. 4:17). Spaceships will be used to rapture the church. The ancient did not have vocabulary or knowledge to understand what they saw so they called the flying objects “clouds”, “chariots”, and “pillars”, because were the words they had to describe something flying in the sky. The Bible even tells in Psalm 68:17 how many spaceships are in the fleet “The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands” (about 20,000). There is a good research done by Patrick Cooke called “The Great Deception - The Bible UFO Connection” which has the original words describing spaceships. It is all over the Bible. Jesus is real. He is the savior of the world, but He is not seating in a puffy cloud. He is commanding a powerful army, which will take control of our planet and stop all wars. The Jews had contact with beings from another planetary system called The Elohim, commanded by The Most High God. The Elohim had to have a special covenant with humans to be able to save our planet from destruction. They got the agreement with the Jews, but the Jews were not faithful to the agreement so The Most High God sent Jesus to make a new covenant and have legal rights to save our planet from destruction. The Jews made a covenant with beings from another planetary system. Psalm 82:1-6 says that God presides over a great assembly. Something like a federation of planets. If you want to confirm what I am saying just look at a painting made in 1710 by someone that had access to the secret archives of the Vatican. Look at the paint " The Baptism of Christ" by Aert de Gelder. Now that we know more about science, we can understand the descriptions in the Bible. They described high technology but didn't have words to express. When they saw spaceships with strong lights they called "glory”. The "glory" of God was a spaceship with lights. In the interplanetary law the price to save us was innocent blood. That is why Jesus had to die for us. He was fulfilling a legal requirement. Put your knees on the floor and surrender your life to Jesus.

Sitchin was a joke, and that's his legacy for eternity. He may have been an interesting fiction writer, but no one in the academic field ever took him seriously

Dr. Heiser agreed to debate Sitchin on Coast to Coast AM when Art Bell asked him to do so, and Sitchin backed out of it, or kept making excuses for why he couldn't. Sitchin was scared of Dr. Heiser's credentials and knowledge.
