Idk about you but i hate boring fighters outside of the cage, the lead up to the fights makes a fightcard way more interesting. dana or the ufc doesnt mind it as its a way for them to sell tickets, if they did conor would have been cut a decade ago. its all business at the end of the day.

@@davidrocha3732 hes mainly upstairs where the heavy bags and mma things, most of this video was filmed upstairs. Trust me lol Colby works out. Maybe not the ab routine and shit cause he has his own but buddy is 100% on his grind no doubt.
