умные коррекции нифига не умные. бб даже нормально не копирует, только экспозицию затрагивает с таким приколом можно просто скопировать настройки и вставить в выделенные. гавно, платить за новую версию в которой существенных изменений нету не стоит!
Who knows how to fix the error, when you create your preset in a layer (this was the case in version 2022), then when working with horizontal photographs, and already in version 2023 you transfer this preset to vertical photos, then the preset mask becomes cropped, and vice versa when you work with vertical photos, then apply the preset to the horizontal photos, the mask is again cut off at the edges (((((This was not the case in the latest version... You have to waste time and finish drawing the mask according to the texture((( HELP!!!
Yes, there are some excellent new features and performance improvements in the new release, however, I really cannot get my head round the benefit of third party styles. Before I switched to Capture One, two years ago, I was a user of Lightroom (5 years) and had been suckered into buying a large pack of plug-in "styles" - advertised as "£1100 worth for the special price of £75" or something like that (this was about 4 -5 years ago!). Once I had installed this vast array of different styles I found 1) I liked very, very few (the free trial sample had made the deal look very attractive) and the vast majority were, in my opinion, totally useless; 2) Because there were so many you spent too long trying each one to see if it worked with the image you wanted to "enhance"; 3) You always had to fine tune whatever the "style" had done to your image in order to get the desired results; 4) You were really far better off doing the edit yourself. I have had the same experience with Capture One except this time I haven't wasted any money. I have tried several Free Trial Style sets but in every case ended up discarding them and just doing my own edits as every photo is different and needs its own fine tuning and it takes more time trying out the various styles rather than just getting stuck in!!! Well, that's my opinion.
Hi Brian, thank you for your comment! Styles in Capture One and LR presets simply contain saved adjustments; there are no sophisticated algorithms under-the-hood or something. That's why it makes sense to expect that styles will act differently on distinct images. For instance, if a style desaturates red and makes green more saturated, such a style will not impact an image where red and green colors are not presented. Unfortunately, this is the reason why users are sometimes disappointed in styles. When are styles useful? For example, when you need to apply some particular adjustments quickly. My color shift styles change a color of a selected object, and it's handy to quickly apply a style to solve such a task. The 40 Ready Looks are built on the same principle of applying particular adjustments, and you can guess them from their names: Cyan Contrast, Accurate Contrast, Calm and Contrast Green. Still, due to the nature of styles, they will act differently depending on an image. Finally, you can download sample styles of all the style sets I sell and test them in your workflow before buying.
Кто знает, как исправить ошибку, когда создаешь свой пресет в слой (так было в версии 2022) потом при работе с горизонтальными фотографиямии уже в версии 2023 переносишь этот пресет на вертикашьные фото, то маска пресета становится обрезанной,, и наоборот, когда вы работаете с вертикальными фотографиями, то прикладываете пресет на горизонтальные фото маска снова обрезается по краям ((((( В последней версии такого не было... Приходится тратить время и дорисовывать маску по текстуре((( HELP!!!
Реально, обновление тянет на доработку 22, типа версия 15.5, но никак не новый 23. Первый раз за последние 5 лет пропущу апдейт, так как не вижу смысла платить за новые ненужные функции :-(
I just use the Smart Adjust with my Styles. This works very well. (Betatester) You may have problems if you use Linear Response, start with the Smart Adjustment first and then just copy over your style without overriding your Smart Adjustments .If you come out too warm or cold or too bright just use Speed Edit on all images you want to correct (at the same time).
Sure, simply follow this guide to open the Capture One system folder - support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018514898-How-to-install-Style-Brushes The guide is about Style Brushes, but the Styles folder is also located there. Then you can copy/paste styles in any place.

1:18 That's why I can't take Capture One (the company) seriously anymore. This composition aid grid should be available from the "Grid tool" in Capture One. They dedicate a full tool to crop grids, but only support three grid styles. How easy would it be to add a few more like the one you demonstrate here? There are many such small imperfections in C1 that add up to quite a substantial productivity reduction. Recently, they addressed a few of these things (like the inability to overwrite existing exported images) but I lost hope that the other small stuff will ever get addressed. C1 23 targets a demographic that I'm not a member of. I wonder if they will ever do something for portrait photographers again (-> retouching support).
