This is a great example, but I'd hardly call that a change in career. I'd love to see an example of a complete shift in fields. Lawyer to law role for a nonprofit is still the same general field. What about those who want to actually do a complete shift and leave that old work completely behind. Like a teacher who wants to go into management or a corporate cubicle style drone who wants to go into something more creative.
