I was looking for more or less this exact video before I did this myself still glad it exists guess I should have looked harder. Heatgun for the win I tried struggling away with cleaners and elbow grease for a while before I whipped out the heat gun. I found that UPVc cleaner was good for getting rid of the leftover glue and that I probably spent most of my time removing the glue from the area that I scraped away without the gun. I used an old bank card as a scraper instead of a blade as I was worried about scratching the glass.
When using the stanley blade to cut round the edge, will it not scratch the window? Much appreciated if you could give me as much information about doing it. Cheers!
Hey buddy. I never had any issues. I find using the blade on its own limits how deep you cut but if you use it with a knife then there is a slight chance of marking the glass but you would have to use some amount of pressure to mark it. Just take your time 👌
Thanks so much for posting this, just used the same technique (although hairdryer rather than heat gun) on my Caddy and it worked a treat 😊 Ta!
You’re welcome. Thanks for the comment 🙌

Glad it helped. I’ve fitted and removed stickers for a number or years. Found this to be the easiest way. Thanks for watching 🙌
This looks soooo satisfying mate 🤣
Very, haha, feel free to watch on repeat
