Even thou he's been recognized as having a break-thru season he still doesn't get the recognition he deserves, this award is a start of that. 4th quarter Foxx, clutch player of the year.
He was basically disrespected during all star time because he wasn’t even originally considered. Then they don’t even pass the ball to him or Sabonis. Whatever, they can ignore Fox if they want, he still gon do his thing.

The most clutch thing about Fox is this guy really led and carried the Sacramento Kings out of their 16 seasons playoff drought. Lol. Kings GOAT.
He doesn't get the same recognition because he doesn't do a lot of highlight dunks like Ja or make lots of crazy 3s like Dame and Curry. People keep sleeping on midrange jumpers, shortrange floaters, and simple layups, Fox is so efficient at these areas, along with his killer speed and excellent handle, he's basically unguardable
