Nope, Phobos lost all his power to Cedric because he gave him the permission to take a fraction of his powers, but did not specify what fraction... as Cedric said, he chose to take 3/3, that is all of it. And by eating Phobos he sealed the deal, because now Phobos will hardly be getting his power back.
I have to be honest and say I like the UK op we used more than the US one. Well it has been kick-ass watching this, it's unfortunate there's only 1 episode left excluding this one. They could've known but they completely overlooked cedric's cunning. He masterfully tricked them before by simply spreading a rumor into the castle catching the traitor who would tell caleb the false rumor which traps both vatek the traitor and caleb.

Even though I knew how it was going to end and what was going to happen, I still trembled with excitement watching the battle of and in Kandracar.
When I first saw this episode and saw Cedric eat Phobos, I busted out in tears and laughter lol
