nice video. I'm also trying to do hector mapping using rplidar A2, but the result is a disaster. Do you use any sensor other than Lidar? And I am using raspberry pi, could it be because of that?
to use Hector_mapping:change the lines in mapping_default.launch: publish a static_tf:laser -> base_link
did you happen to try pi or jetson nano? thanks
