awesome kit choice, and something a little different! Can't wait to see how this one comes out right out of the box. This reminds me of an Airfix kit in a way.
Great video my friend looks a fantastic kit looking forward to seeing you build it don’t think that flash will cause to much trouble thanks for sharing 👍👍
Thanks for this video, sir. I happened across it by accident, and glad I did. I have this, and the other three AMT P-40 kits. I've also have their Tigercat and Havoc kits, and their WWII Commemorative series kits. I like them, and I've always thought AMT airplane kits were good kits as regards detail, instructions, subject, etc. Some folks are prone to criticize or minimize AMT kits, but if you are comparing them to Tamiya kits, et al, you're going to notice a difference in quality. Thanks for giving it a positive review and I look forward to Part II, and other videos you produce.
Thanks for the comment, John. I think the AMT kits are quite underrated. I have another P-40 to build, and I have the Havoc as well. Hopefully sooner than later!
This actually looks pretty decent for AMT! Hopefully it all goes together well but I'm sure you'll make it look great no matter what. Ok so I got curious about the whole RAF thing but sure enough....5 pilot's from the 57th merged with and trained with the 112th RAF and brought over their own P-40's...crazy. I can send you the link for the write up in email if you want Brett. Whittaker below was marking 43 and I couldn't see 53 "The 57th FG then moved to their first base at Muqueibila, Palestine and soon commenced operations attached to 112 Squadron RAF of 239 Wing, Desert Air Force. Lt. Whittaker was among five pilots selected to train with the RAF at Alexandria, Egypt and then pass on what he learned to U. S. pilots."
Does not look bad for a AMT kit. The 57 fighter group was originally started in my neck of the woods. A lot of aviation history here Grumman, Fairchild/Republic
Great Warhawk P40F Warhawk airplane project presentation , my friend !🎩👌🏻🏆🏅🤝🏻
Pretty clean for AMT, looking forward to seeing this build out!👍
Thanks, Trey.

Thank you. The kit seems to be a good one.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with this one. They're nice little kits.
They are nice. And thanks again for sending it my way.

Thanks, Matt. Not a bad kit at all.
