After 4 mths operation at below par capabilities, it stopped working altogether. As I last saw it, that Asher is still lying dormant there. Not to shoot down a potentially great local idea, but not all the waste is organic. He put in a battery pack. The ashes will contain toxic material which is not suitable for plants or to be disposed off in the river where it could kill fish. And msians throw everything like tyres, mattresses, plastics, styrofoam, etc etc. Even in ash form it's not organic.
I sounds like perfect waste disposal and waste treatment solution, however I am still skeptical. The whole video did not show or mentioned about what comes out at the other end of the process , however just shows the end product, which is the ashes. I am like to see at the end of the process how the workers removed the treated waste residue from the machine.
Malaysians should still learn to separate and ‘clean’ their waste before disposal so that when systems like these are used, they can have a separation between non toxic biodegradable waste (to be used as fertilizer) and plastic waste dust to be use perhaps for construction
It was implemented before but due people/authorities lack of interests/initiatives. It was simply abandoned. It should be done gradually instead of mass implementation. And waste segregation should be part of culture/habit for Malaysians but it’s difficult to do so especially teaching the poor/country side people

I'm glad to see an efficient and a practical solution to waste management. Perhaps we could also find a way to reuse water. Water is precious and we could run out water soon as Malaysia's population grows. So, any water we use say from shower or watering plants could go down the drain and from there to the water treatment plant to be reused. Sort of a renewed use of water conservation.

Based on my understanding ,its just a really easy system
The asher works on a a way similar to making charcoal, heat up the material, starve the oxygen out making the fume similar to CO with really high heat, thats y the fume react with oxygen
As the process doesn't burnt, the material couldn't form oxide or other chemical oxide , mostly become co and pass through water scrubber at high temperature, this can rapidly cools down the fume and soluble and become co2 and hydrogen (maybe around there)
Carbon filtration can remove small partical and the second set of filtration remove any remaining substance
As for waste water , it can be add into the asher as this could cool of the system as it sometimes runs too hot , chemical inside it can turn solid or even react differently and become harmless and finally become ash , as for carbon filters can be done the same process
And the electricity only supply for the aeration and filtration system, so its really 👌
