I don't even know how many times I've seen this and it never gets old.
In the beginning, the young lady reminds me of a little pixie dancing in fairyland forest! How wonderfully talented these young people are..and DEDICATED to the love of dance!!!
God bless the Queen
So much RESPECT to IRELAND for you kindness to my Head of State.
Kind Regards Chris ..UK
Their coordination is absolute PERFECTION!
Sorry, I'm not sure for my correct English... but I can say, I thinks - I love All Ireland because this Dances! That's great!
saw them live,I am proud to be an Irish Catholic...but the entire island must unite now
Padraic Moyles and Maria Buffini are magical here performing for HRH Queen Elizabeth

No words to describe the overall beauty of this work
Absolutely Fantastic performance!!!
i can never get enough of this.. saw it live in vancouver years ago!
This dance definitely rocked the stage ;P
It's magnificent.
Maria Buffini is so amazing! A beautiful and romantic show!
Amazing amazing show, Padraic Moyles an amazing dancer!!!
I am proud to be 100% Irish, I love being able to Irish Dance too, but to see this it just is unbelievable how well stepped and choreographed it is!
Beautiful dancing. But oh the flailing arms!! Michael Flatley you have soooo much to answer for!!
I'm Irish and am so proud of how the country still has an amazingly strong culture compared to other European countries
amazing!
This was perfection.
Amazing! Dance is the only form of musical entertainment I can watch without wanting to be on the stage with the performers because I KNOW I can't dance - at all, let alone like that!
Who comes to something like this to dislike it? This is great!
I love the queen.
What a beautiful orchestration!
Perfect!
I love Irish music & dance
Wow! Amazing! Got chills...
This is beautiful!Thank you for sharing this.
The Scots gave a warm and rousing reception for the Pope in 1982; it doesn't surprise me in the least that the Irish would give a similar reception for the Queen 30 years later.
Queen Elizabeth 2nd is still beautiful after all these years! Timeless!
I don't believe anyone that has insulted this beautiful Queen Elizabeth in any of these comments.
Well done to the dancers and musicians and all who put it together it makes me so proud to be irish. And as one who grew up and injured in the troubles. dancing for the queen. Who would have thought this would happen. Our country is full of talent and culture and through all the shit we had to endure we kept it. So the queen is the least of our worries she gets to see the rest of the country she never got her hands on and how wonderful our people are x
Ok, I am by no means an expert but I really like the story this tells... The girl comes out all graceful and calm. The guy comes out all boisterous, and in competition with the drums, challenging them almost. But when they come together they are a perfect match. Is it just me or is that pretty much life in general there?
emerald lass stole my heart, and the guy is epic
lepsze lord of the dance!!!
AWESOME.
LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!!! May Queen Elizabeth II live a long, healthy, prosperous, and fun-filled life!!!
I really love this :) the UK was absolutely terrible to Ireland in the past yet they still put on a fantastic performance like this for the Queen. I'll always love Ireland and Irish people :)
Spectacular
my fav part of the show
Just Beautiful*
Not only do you have the best dancers but the best orchestra. I was lucky enough to see Padraic dance and Niamh play earlier this year in Sydeny but if you guys ever do the full show with the RTE Orchestra I'm flying to Ireland to see it no matter the cost.
Amazing!!
Wonderful music and dance specially from 2:45 to the end.
Oh wow. They changed the choreo at the beginning from the last time I saw it, which was like four years ago. I like it =]
Wow!
@FrankioloDiddlyDee you guys are awesome!!!
You can't beat the Irish!!!! :>)
SALUDOS
this was OUTRAGOUS !! :D
@FrankioloDiddlyDee the world sees what beautiful culture you have :-)
I didn't know we'd be on UA-cam !! :D
100 fois Bravo
CORRECTION Patridon, YOU CAN'T BEAT THE IRISH DANCE TROUPE RIVERDANCE...AS WELL AS THE NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH COLLEGE FOOTBALL TEAM (THE USA COLLEGE FOOTBALL TEAM)!!! THEY'RE THE BEST IN THE WORLD OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL (AND IN MY EYES)!!! God bless whoever directed, produced, co-directed, co-produced, etc the movie "RUDY" (starring the great Sean Astin, who also played Samwise Gamgee from "The Lord Of The Rings" series or better known as "The Trilogy")!!! In Rudy We Trust!!! Sean Astin = #1
trop trop beauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
IT IS TRUE MARVELLOUS ROSELINE FROM BELGIUM I LIKE VERY MUCH
Dance for the queen baby :)
brilliant. How much time and effort did that take
Can someone tell me the name of this song ? I love the beginning so much.
In my humble opinion, I think that Queen Elizabeth II is very beautiful (not that I want to marry her...she's already taken I think), but the point being is that she proves to the whole world that no matter what your REAL age is or how old you REALLY are, you can go do whatever you always wanted to do!!! For her, even though she's (in real life) old (sorry to say), she still kicks butt by her choices of concerts (as well as her cameo appearance in the 2012 Olympics that took place in London)!!!
Some times i wonder if my mom(adopt. mom)If any one know's Edna Hanson from P.A.
Sask. Who may have inspired some of these great dancer's of the world?
us irish folks are the best in the world haha ;D
what an amazing performance, just bring back the old times, the history.... amazing, but would be much much better if Mr..Flatley could be there :))
It wasn't only for her; it was the fact that she was there and that just maybe the hope that the British and Irish may live in peace.
yo estoy prendiendo a bailar riverdance no tienen algún consejo para mi?
riverdance : Slytherin art !!!
Dancing for the English queen ? I'm sure that in some pubs of Limerick or Gallway the beer tasted more bitter than usual...
Wonderful country anyway, smiling people, rich culture (dance, litterature, music, poetry...).
In many ways is the creation of Michael Flatley. Michael will be always the soul of River Dance.
@c loving. What goes around comes aroung my friend
I would love to get this music to listen at home.. Just can't seem to find it on i-tunes.. :(
ANTHONYYYYYYYY OMG MY WORKSHOP TEACHER
where is venue?
Beuatiful dancing but I do think other european countries also have strong cultures :-)
Aww. Cloudsong ain't in the clip.
when is the next performance on tv and what channel?
Ok so there's different groups of Riverdance groups that travel around the globe? I ask because these aren't the same dancers I saw in LA a month ago :)
the people seemed to cheer louder for the queen..just sayin..
i think the queen would love the redcoat dance better XD
ok
م
what is the name of this song??
I love watching Riverdance!! You guys are brilliant and amazing! God Bless!
what was up with all the extra sound effects during the opening solo??? So distracting
Wonderful performance. Pity about Elizabeth Windsor looming out of the shadows at the end. How ironic that she came to Dublin to see a show celebrating Irish history and culture when the English monarchy has been in the forefront of the oppression of the Irish nation over the centuries.
Loved this, but what was the song the chieftains played!!! it's driving me nutty!!!
very good
