Hello, What is the reason you dont built a plaster wall on the bottom of the object..? Why do you keep the bottom open? And why didnt you continue the same clay strips you made on the sides, on the bottom as well? You said you could also make a separte bottom part in plaster, but why make it separate and not attached to the main mold..? Im trying to cast a glass head for the first time, so Im trying to figure out what youre doing... 😊 Thank you!
Also just seeing this now! We use a brand called Supraduro which is natural plaster (no additives). It's not plaster of Paris. And thank you for the compliment. We want to make more of these videos! 🙂
