I like the fact that you are saying that the team is going to forecast the sprint and not “estimate” the sprint. There is a big difference between those too since forecasting includes the probably percentage of achieving the sprint. The big difference is also that forecasting is based on historical data rather than gut feeling.

> What is a Sprint: A sprint is a Timebox period between one week to one month, where the scrum team made up of PO, Sc.M, and Dev, come together to work on a given increments with the aim of delivering value to its customers at the end of the sprint.

> Maker sure the Product Backlog is Visible to eh team

> How can we deliver value if we run out of Time?
> What Can be done this sprint?
> Only PO select Backlog Items. This is to take ownership.
