Paneer and eggs are not vegetarian.Those are vegan.
1.( 7.52 ).U added ginger garlic paste in the water.Rice will be have aw flavour.
2.You did not add salt in the boiling water for rice.How ur biryani will get taste....??
3.( 10:13 )These is not the way to cook rice for biryani.
4.( 10.28 )Before u put first layer of rice..Need to put some water before putting rice for avoiding of rice getting burnt.If u won’t put water then rice will burn and it gives burnt flavour to paneer.
5. ( 11:00 )First need to cook paneer for 5 minutes and spread it on rice...If not paneer can’t get cook.
6.( 11:23 )Onions need to fry golden brown colour but these onions has been burnt.It gives bitter to the biryani.
7.( 11.36 )...Rice isn’t perfect..Too much sticky..I can strongly say that these biryani isn’t perfect and won’t get perfect at the end....!!
8.I’m surprise that how they like biryani without having salt in rice...!!
