Dude, THANK YOU for making this video with the vac gauge test on an actual hose run! 🙌 All of the videos from Rotovac only show the test at the machine which isn't very helpful.
I have the mytee airhog with two lx motors and barely get vacuum at 100 feet. 150 would be max with a 12 inch two jet wand. Ive hooked my 14 inch 4 jet wand and the vacuum really sounds like garbage.
I think something is blocking your vacuum. My mytee had electrical issues also didn't had enough vacuum. Sometimes the problem could be in the compartment, maybe a hose inside is kinking and blocking the vacuum power. Check all of that.

@@runzizationHi, thank you. With the mytee i had the switches burning all the time. I used to change the switches weekly or monthly and the last time it almost created a fire, thank God my son cought it and we took it under control. Since that horrific incident I am not ising my mytees. I still use them for condominium work, yes i did got both of them rewired. They're working ok now now. I had both the rotovac 12 inch and the trex jr. I prefer the trex jr with the brush head, there is no wand out there will beat the cleaning power of a rotary machine. I like the trex Jr vs the rotovac is because it's heavier that sists better on the carpet and it's much more solid build. Rotary is the only thing i like from mytee, the rest of their equipment not so great. Currently i bought the trex 15 inch for large banquet halls. In the coming months we will clean them and i will make a video.
@@carpetcleaning999 Very good! I hear you on Mytee electric...I just.ordered new harness and cut out separate breaker wire for older 1005 speedster. Then there is vortex that basically needs the upgraded shutoff assembly as the first gen was defective. Good suggestion on checking AirHog. In my case the pump out filter was screwed on wrong, the unit itself is not designed for pig filter as there's too much turbulence with "T" designed pvc intake housing. Just use inline.
