I’m a 2h Semi tank DPS, beating boss as a hobby/for fun are my main purposes. Much appreciated if you enjoy my playstyles and the way i play and express myself as much as I enjoy myself while doing it.
*Please don’t expect fancy show that would satisfy everyone, if you are looking for other sort of players, which isn’t tanking hits, timing skill and counter hits as mine. I would like to kindly ask you to walk out from this channel and find something from other players that would satisfy your needs.
IMPORTANT
Do not ask for build, i do not share/answer any information that is related to builds including gears/xtal/statfill/status distribution.
However, i do provide support materials for creating builds from scratch for new players who dont know where to start from.

Amakagi thts a hard question to answer... its very diverse, you can whether choose the stat that your build, xtal is supporting.. or go totally opposite direction to fill the missing gap in your build
no tumble it depends on your budget , cheapest i guess is york pendant ?mid budget halu spore i think

wtf jake well, its important you make your crit 100 before berserk, so for weapon instead of str 10%atk10% cd10%cd20... change str10%into critical 20 flat... , and be careful try to avoid 20%critical rate stats if possible... because20% means 20%of 25base crit that means its 5%.... but 20 flat means +20

this is what i look for for, really not like glass canon , toram should make revive harder to use so player can play more balance :D
Revive should be a specific class for priest like other games i think xD or hybrid mage , and other class should not be able to revive or even self tap, since the dead system changes to spawn front of the boss bwahahahhah *laughs evilish

oh, but question- why shouldn't you make the middle passive(the one that improves aspd) lvl 10? especially if you don't use berserk?
XD still not a direct build tho.. i recently just see people quitting 2h ... and restat ,reskill just came in so i hope this might help them to the right direction
Because 5skill point is a lot and at level 10 it gives you only 10%base aspd +100flat... with that you could learn so many other things... and 100aspd flat +10% can be easily outplayed and replaced by manymany equipments and xtals

Stacking your crit rate to 100% can prevent you from missing in general even with 1 dex, you will only moss if certain bosses have crit resist which you might need 125crit+ to not miss, the only problem you would face would be
Graze on your crit which is affected by dex...or attack evaded, but evasion from boss has nothing to do with dex, but the anticipation stats

Jim Edward Valenzuela my deaths are much more than yours, lots of deaths doesnt mean you are bad, it means you practiced a lot and solo most of the time, since solo boss you will not get any other ranks, but only death that counts(gg asobimo)

the main reason is because i dont run away from skill... i tank it in order to know all of the dmg , which i can stand and which i will fall... including practice dodging with meteor counter and lastly,,,,..... hell mode bosses*entering it solo

Jim Edward Valenzuela the main reason dps players die stupidly is because they never die... and tanks takes the hit so dps dont know the boss much and gets surprised by everything boss does.... and people with huge amount of deaths*i would say5k+ are people who starts to understand the game mechanism

Yea since i tank and dont buff for resistance, so def and stability is very important and berserk would kill me 😂

Thank You Master for your Enlightenment!, but, what's better?, meteor or buster?, since buster have bonus damage depending on the STR stat, and about Berserk, it reduces stability by 25%. should we use it?

Normally meteor will be your main damage dealer since it gives aoe and higher damage than buster blade.... buster blade is as i said, very situational you can use it as your main damage dealer, which i used to do when i was very new in the game , but i realiled when i compared 2 battles with pure use of buster vs meteor... i could end a boss 2times faster if you do the timing correctly.
So i recommend you to use buster blade when you are far from boss, or the boss is using some sort of aoe skill that does not allow you to approach.
p.s. perfecting meteor game playes requires practice but it is totally worth it, it doesnt help you only in boss scene but also helps you to improve leveling speed since you can handle masskill miniboss without getting touched while buster blade does is only a single target attack even thoit is much safer than meteor

Whew! 637 ASPD at level 13 and with 1 Agi is crazy for me. I assume this would be xtal related? What xtals would you suggest?
I got a thing for berserk and I can't leave it xD. Also is sicarius a good option for 2hs against high def bosses? 15% pp and 50 atk is not bad imo. Also I'm hurt aswell watching ppl leave 2hs and criticize it coz it is not much usefull against high def bosses u either go full srd or atk making 2 types of equips is really expensive

Ibrahim Sayed thx a lot bro, glad if you loved the guide. Regarding to sicarius, i had another person who asked this question and me myself i never had a chance to test it. However, even its possible you would be able to use on only a few bosses and very hard on solo. On that reason, you would need boss where you can 1hp solo because once you get touched sicarius buff would disappear and if you go solo boss would face its head to you all the time and to trigger sicarius you would need backstab and not frontstab, this could make you spend a lot of time trying to backstab the boss. In my opinion it migt be better to stack pp items and xtal , and just work on that spot. Hope this helps.
p.s. 2h stats if you are a non buff user like me, its very complicated to distribute status. You would have to deal with the boss until you know what the resistance / def the boss has, so you can balance every stats equally countering the boss.
ex. Stacking big atk + medium multipliers +small pp to pummel high def bosses
or stacking big pp+ medium atk +medium multipliers to break the boss resistance
.... worst case if the boss got hih def and resistance... then bad luck to us 2h users xD

Ibrahim Sayed if its like that its probably fine to use sicarius, but would be easier to find a bow duo to snipe for you. That would solve the miserable pp of 2h also haha
sword conversion? to gain matk that might reach 2.2k or more depending on weapon attack.
How are you going to compensate the mp cost from finale if you can't use recharge and maximizer?

How much AMPR do you use?
For a semi tank 2H dps, say 315str, 88vit and 160 dex. We would have 91% stability, high HP and decent over all dmg, but would the lack of accuracy effect our over all dmg output ?
In terms of damage.. it all matters how wise you choose against a certain boss, for a semitank, we live longer therefore we need more equipments to swap when boss changes to compensate the dmg loss, we cant do one set for all like full dps + brave aura.
In terms of HP.. every player has theirown preferences. If you time your meteor well.. you can put in less with, but enough hp to live one big skil shot incase you mess up, or if you know you love to take hits and just swing your blade like a savage, then of course you need more HP investment(of course resistance from arm,add and skill comes into the play)
Stability... with twohanded you already have extra5% , you can also choose to boost your stabs with xtals.
but accuracy.. if you have 100 crit rate... you wont miss anyways.. and if your attack gets evaded.. even dex cant fix evasion ... evasion is countered by anticipation.. so dex is not super important for semi, it only stabilizes your damage.
Semitank is very diverse so im very sure 10 out of 10 players with semitank players they all do a complete different build... but remember... 1vit with 12khp because if sapphire roga and hpcook buff is not a semitank, thats a dps with hp xtal... semitank wearing any kind of gears or even no gears we still got tons of hp... so dont mix them up xD

@@tamiipierrot5621 Ahh I see, yeah tbh i dun really like hp xtals like saph roga, I only use gopherga since it has resist and short range instead of just HP. I prefer putting in more Vit since 2H mainly relies on STR, this idea helps a lot tho, it's just that i got into an argument and the other guy brings up lack of accuracy as a problem, which doesn't really makes sense to me since grazes in bosses at high difficulty is like an everyday struggle. Thanks for the enlightment paisen ^^.

Amakagi dont worry that much even max dex.... you still would graze, you can reduce with dex ,but cant eliminate its all rng. Just make sure your crit meets what the boss needs... at least always have a base of100%.. and prepare some extra add with extra crit incase you are facing anti crit bosses.
p.s. if you saw many of my solos so far, i dont really have a lot of problem with graze... may be that friend is just a dps fan xD
@@tamiipierrot5621 most prolly haha, Yeah I've seen most of it especially on high flee bosses. Btw I also want to ask, in certain bosses that requires flinch to make fights easier, i see you used hard hit instead of Smash, Isn't hard hit's flinch rate smaller on 2H?
Amakagi its 50% on level10, same as smash on lvl10. The difference is.. hardhit takes your 2h range which is 3metres and smash you have to move in a bit more to1.5-2 metres. If you have at lvl5 of course its less xD

1500 hp is a bit small, I'll suggest change your ifrid into (at least) iconos, take some vit, or take hp boost skill.
*and maybe refrain yourself to use gsw when fighting miniboss unless you're soloing it (still quite dangerous tough)

im a mid game player, but there is more thinks, i wanna know, i ended here looking for a way to make 2h semi-tank, but as an aggro holder, but it seems like, if isnt impossible it is so difficult
I always hold aggros, and im the one of those aggro holder that if the tank isnlow budget or has low ampr , they will lose control of the boss.
If you have balanced out your build you can sacrifice a part of your actual cooking buff to go for aggro buff..(sac hp,atk buff for example).
Also many aggro xtal are underrated and are attached with +aggro such as ems, dusk machina or goph xtal. Just be very careful of some xtal that will cause you to accidentally be an assassin semi such as devil dango, alfenix, goph upgrade... so be very careful of your choices... many adds also are cheap but you will have to find out what fits exactly for yourbuild yourself coz u now ur build the best...
Just for your motivation, my usual build that i use to solo boss aleady has around 200% aggro coz im a boss,gem,events carry guy and control boss in places.. i can cross my aggro up to 300-400% with a little dmg drop. If u rly want to hold aggro and be the core of the team, the most important part to make a build is to get rid of the mentality of (1)high number raw ATK on stats(2)super high number of raw hp/being scared to have hp lower than 18k.. coz usually 15is enough if u can play properly, my build that has 22k hp was an accident coz im always around 15-18k and (3)as a semi focus numbers of spam coz numbers of spam gets your aggro right but the damage doesnt, so ampr and proper crit rate to not miss is the key here, also higher ampr means u can use more high mp cost skills combo or raw skillusing to generate higher aggro and last (4) learn how to pin boss on place and learn to use meteor dodge properly, coz when the boss in on the same spot u likely to have infinity ampr and infinity spam, and learning meteor properly means instead of those gsw style hit run u actually use the time to run to use meteor and generate 500-600aggro mp hope this help?.. if you want i can try to get on my old device and provide some semitank advice on youtube.
*also very important* .. having high hp without VIT is not a semitank... coz semitank with vit and high hp dps has different inputmof dmg receiving. If you have 1vit with 30k hp u likely to get 1-3slapped by the boss and receiving high dmg coz of ur low def. In addition, ur build wont be flexible coz every set of yours has to have hp xtal on the same piece otherwise u would end up with 2000hp no buff... coz normally semibuild will have 10k at least while standing nude.
500-800raw def.. seems like a small number , but it actually reduces almost 20-30% lower dmg than 1vit with 100-200def. So please keep that in your mind... if u people say 1vit 20k hp xtall+cooking and consumable means semitank... then my build suppose to be high hp dps...and not a semitank 😂

@@angelrodriguez-di9twso i would recommend atk 4k+-5k get ur pierce 40%+ and focus on ur multiplier ele%,cd%,srd% then ur pretty much beating asses.. aegis and protection is up to u.. i use only if i know that i would have to take hits on purpose, other than that i wont use. Provoke dont bother spam ur meteor would do the same trick

How about Dex > str? Because anemos sword give you attack up (dex100%)

If you do str280 dex250 you are already at 100%stab ...
And if you do dex280 str250... what you would lose is...-30str=6%critical damage.... you would gain ~60flat atk from dex and another 30flat from sword... meanwhile 30str gets you around ~90~110flat atk... ....
So here you are looking at
90~110atk, 6%critical damage ,stability100% vs 90 atk ,stability 103%(why), a few Hit value for accuracy....
How about i up my dex first until 250 then i up my str?
Salusz 05 that is up to you because imagine 250dex you would gain~500atk+250from100%dex... 250str you get around 750 at least and 50%critical damage... still str would do 50%more damage that is very huge...

@@hororlover5677 trigger slash lvl10 as a combo ender fill up your mp and burst it down then repeat, also stack ur mp to 2000 because 100mp=1ampr
