Try unplugging everything from your computer and restarting. That’s what allowed me to see the booting page and pressing F11 to enter recovery mode. I’m using an asus gaming PC

Thanks tho it didn't won't exactly as yours. I think for those who set a Microsoft account lock type they will get another issue but after following the procedures I was able to change sign in options and use my Microsoft account password instead and everything worked like charm thanks 🎉❤
