Jim! Thanks brother. We always love hearing from you. Thanks for the support and we hope Colleen kept the standard high for our viewers. Have a great weekend.
In 2015 we bought a jetta had issues after few years we were looking to get this next year hopefully its better and reliable this suv as i like Volkswagen
Waiting for next year might not be a bad idea. There is a lot of new stuff on the 24 Atlas and watching a year go by might open your eyes one way or another. On the initial drive though, absolutely smashing. Great vehicle. One of the nicest interiors in the segment. Thanks for watching and for saying hello.
Not a WV fan. Never going to need anything remotely like this. Have no idea why I hit the play button. Enjoyed the review. Loved the back and forth. The well placed sarcasm reminds me of Dennis Miller. Glad I stopped by. Maybe I'll be back this way sometime. Thanks
We really appreciate you saying hello mate. Thanks for stopping by. We would love to have you again sometime. We are glad you enjoyed it. Dennis Miller is a legend and that’s a massive compliment. Thanks so much. Have a great week ahead.
Thanks for the comment. It’s funny you mention that. We reviewed an Acura Integra TypeS today and one of the complaints we hear is the noise of the cabin. We had no issues with it. It’s almost a complaint people make when there is nothing else to complain about. But we will try and address our thoughts on road noise going forward. We appreciate your comment and suggestion. Have a great day.
@@HoodSlappersOfficial No, no .. clever. I'm just not a fan of her philosophy, so it threw me off to suddenly be thinking about that in the midst of a car review. As you were! I'm overthinking this. :D
No VR6 Engine and No Fog Lights mean No Sale for me! The Fake Exhaust Tips are pure stupidity! The Front Passenger Seat must have power adjustments on all trim levels. Who specs out the interior features on these vehicles a divorced engineer or bean counter? That is why they are divorced with on power passenger seat. The Major Decision Makers when it comes to the purchase of a new vehicle is most times the female spouse. This Decision Maker will always want a power passenger seat and lighted vanity mirrors.
The V6 we understand for sure. It will be interesting to see the results from consumers. No fog lights, but they do have bad weather lights. Those are just as good. The power adjustment only starts on the Highline trim. It’s a nice feature but it’s two trims up to get it. Thanks for watching.
Great video! I have to say Colleen is the new "peak" comedian on the show! The Atlas seems like a good vehicle but I would have liked to see the third row leg room portion you guys normally do. I know some people get really fixated on cylinders and Liters when it comes to an engine but as you guys rightly point out that it's performance is similar to the old v6. I would imagine this means a better fuel economy performance? Once again an entertaining video! That Ayn Rand reference is a little sus though.
Thanks so much. Colleen did a great job. Brad who?! Haha. Only kidding. Thanks for the feedback on this. We like to hear from loyal viewers like yourself on where we can improve. This is good insight. As for Ayn Rand…we think just wants to pretend he reads a lot. :) As always, thanks for watching.
@@HoodSlappersOfficial I forgot to mention that I actually like having reviews on lower and mid trim vehicles. Most of the bigger channels get the media cars and they are all top trim. It actually makes your videos more valuable by reviewing trims that nobody else is.
@Bleatmop that is a good point. We can easily get buried among all the larger channels if we do the same cars, but doing a different trim level does help. Sometimes we do like a top trim though, but a good mix is better.
Great video, comments and content. Great overall review!

@@HoodSlappersOfficial thanks for the reply
The interior is an odd combination of modern with the touchscreen and dated with the wood trim.
Nice review!
We didn’t mind the wood trim. It was dark enough that it didn’t look like an old Nissan Maxima. But we know what you mean. Thanks for watching.

One concern I have with all cars is road noise. Can you address this in your videos?

Wonderful video..!!
Plz get my execline soon 😊
Thank you so much. Hopefully we can review an Execline soon. We want to see how it compares to the Highline.
Thanks for watching.
Nice review .. but Ayn Rand? That sure came out of nowhere.
Volkswagen Atlas/Atlas Shrugged? No? Well we will have to fire the writing team. :)
Thanks for watching mate. We do appreciate it.

Nice and interesting curves... talking about the car, you dirty minds! 😂
Finally someone notices Jareds curves. Of course it was Art! Ha. Thanks for watching as usual. Great to hear from you.
@@HoodSlappersOfficialwell, Jared is still no match to Brad's athletic build... Just saying 🤷♂️
Ha. You got him there.
