Logo in the back looks familiar but if I’m not mistaken, the year was 1988 or 1989 in Laredo, Texas when I saw her because my mother is a huge fan of hers. I was about 5 years old and although the video doesn’t say where it was, it looks like it was at the Life Down Grounds back in the day. I think they only had that festival that year or a couple years after.
