Josephine Tey was a contemporary of Agatha Christie. I think Tey's stories are richer in character & language while Christie focused on plot & mystery. Love them both. Thanks for these wonderful stories.
Not funny just different....Remember it is set 70 years ago;another time with a rigid class system..😊..and each class had thier own accent...In some ways,it is still true...
