Not all iPad's have M series CPU. Developers does not split into multiple version of game - for higher and lower devices. And to be honest it's a good choice, port needs to be profitable. If this game will sell, there will be a sign to update game.

Is playable but sometimes he gets higher temperatures while optimization the game graphics idk is quite old now I I bought at 2018 and just upgraded the graphics card into RTX1080 TI and Ram only that but men I kinda like the 16 pro max just say because he quite powerful...

Incorrect. The image pixel 4K is using is a compressed screen shot that I gave him on discord vs the one he used from an emulator. I have it on my switch and the game looks much better on iOS.
Not exactly true - game resolution is much higher, than it was on PS4 and XBOX when it was released. Plus you play this game on small screen, where pixel density is better. Real game always look better than upscaled and copressed videos on YT.

I tested it on my Snapdragon 8 gen 2 1080p docked mode fps unlocked and I got 90-60 fps

60 fps should be a mandatory option. Playing a shooter at 30fps is just bad, the temp only reaching 31C just shows how much more headroom there is.
Every single mobile game ever made should have 120 fps support on all 120hz display devices.
