For this concert tour, they had 3 stops in USA. Newark, New york and LA if I'm not wrong. But that's as far as they had been promoting in USA. But they competed on MTV for Best Asian Act in 2013 tho. Yeah, they've played full concerts in America, in fact most of tours have included America. In my home UK, they have only once appeared together in a SM show very early in their career when they did a couple of songs (which I missed, thinking it would catch them next time), so you had more chance than us over the pond. SM pushed them in Asia where they have remained huge for their whole career and allowed solo enterprises (including acting) and sub-units. They are very hard working, so this was probably a conscious decision by SM if a, in my opinion, foolish one. This performance reportedly resulted in the offer to promote Star Wars.
They've been to the U.S before but in general they dont leave southeast asian besidea china and japan. SM doesnt promote them at all. Even in their heyday, SM rejected so many great Opportunities for them...

Spanish speaking natives, or anyone who didn’t know EXO, thought they were Spanish speaking. The audience went nuts! None of them spoke much English.
BTS had RM, who then forced the others to learn English.
Now Suho is fluent, even spoke at Stanford University at a seminar. The others are getting there. Even Coachella would have been good.

there are many popular western artists and producers had openly show their interest to collab/invite exo to the west years ago but sm never let it to be happen.
EXO is underrated....it's actually crazy how underrated they are. As group and as soloists. I'm lucky i got to know them since 2016 during Monster era. still and exo-l. trying to find some other groups to stan but nah...exo made my standard too high. i couldn't settle for less. be it in talents and music quality.

Well because their company is an ass they didn't promote EXO outside Asia despite them having a big international fanbase, let's hope they include overseas concerts when they comeback as a whole group in 2025

For this concert tour, they had 3 stops in USA. Newark, New york and LA if I'm not wrong. But that's as far as they had been promoting in USA.
But they competed on MTV for Best Asian Act in 2013 tho. That's how viral they were despite kpop was fairly recently known in the west at that time. And that, without ever promoting outside of USA.

Yeah, they've played full concerts in America, in fact most of tours have included America. In my home UK, they have only once appeared together in a SM show very early in their career when they did a couple of songs (which I missed, thinking it would catch them next time), so you had more chance than us over the pond. SM pushed them in Asia where they have remained huge for their whole career and allowed solo enterprises (including acting) and sub-units. They are very hard working, so this was probably a conscious decision by SM if a, in my opinion, foolish one.
This performance reportedly resulted in the offer to promote Star Wars.
SM never expected exo become this big, so they did many times to inhibit exo to promote outside asia, even they sabotaged exo album sales.

They've been to the U.S before but in general they dont leave southeast asian besidea china and japan. SM doesnt promote them at all. Even in their heyday, SM rejected so many great Opportunities for them...

EXO had a concert in America, the 2nd and 3rd concert around 2016 and 2017, but after that, SM never gave EXO to America again maybe it bc the tickets didn’t sold out at that time. And after Ko ko bop SM treated EXO BADLY since then. I love EXO but I HATE SM so much 😡
