dude i saw your first videos on caffeine iam the same total caffeine junky quitting every time but goes back to it the first cup after weeks not drinking it is sick euphoria for me iam super high from 1 cup for like 1-2 hours then crash hard and iam addicted again then i sleep like shit from it and next day i take 2 cups and next day 3 cups and after weeks iam just drinking it cup after cup every day just to feel normal i dont feel anything from it anymore i seriously dont even like the taste anymore sometimes iam drinking it and then iam thinking blehh but i need my fix otherwise iam not feeling good
@@hanskazan7403 yupppp. When we get addicted and consume it to the point where it doesn't even do anything anymore, it's like .. what's the point? I'd imagine it's the same for people addicted to smoking, wants to quit, and can't.
Appreciate it! I've started drinking again haha 😂 But have given myself a minimum 90 minute gap between waking and caffeine. Apparently studies have shown doing this will decrease the crashes from caffeine.
