    Try this EASY, fast Moo Shu Pork for One instead! This recipe only needs a handful of ingredients and you can also swap in chicken or even tofu instead of pork. Super flavorful and filling and only WW 5 SP when served on top of cauliflower rice or in lettuce wraps.

    What's your favorite Chinese takeout dish? Mine's Chicken and Eggplant in Garlic Sauce (plus some Sesame Noodles on the side) YUM!

    Going to try this with some seitan as I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid the igf-1 in meat---thanks for posting
