Ingredients and method
Boiled shredded Chicken 500grams.
Capsicum/bell pepper (Shimla mirch) julienne cut 1 cup.
Onion sliced 1 cup.
Sweet corn 1/2 cup.
Salt 1 tsp.
Red chilli flakes 1 Tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
Garlic powder 1 and 1/2 tsp.
Soy sauce 1 and 1/2 Tbsps.
Mayonnaise 1 cup.
Mix well.
Take Bread slices, remove edges.
Soak in water then press and squeeze water.
Add chicken stuffing.
Make shape as shown in video.
You can coat with eggs then bread crumbs.
I coat with Bread crumbs directly.
Deep fry on medium high flame.
Serve and enjoy.
