that brook behind your site is just so relaxing. I could sit there all day..
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
I didn't realize Humble Stitch had cross stitch items. My friend teaches a card making class there. I may need to make a trip and see what they have. They are about an hour and half from me. Happy Stitching!
Beautiful stitching. Your finishing is wonderful. The Halloween Quaker on that fabric is awesome.
I just love your peacock, the blue you used is perfect! And the winter spool is adorable!
What a treat to camp by the stream!
I always enjoy your videos. Your framing is impeccable and your stitches are beautiful. You are very talented. I would like your duplicate cross stitch magazine.
WOW! Your peacock is absolutely beautiful! I love your finish. Thanks for sharing. That babbling brook is too beautiful for words!! Hope to "see" you soon!!!
Love your peacock pin cushion finish. I am stitching right now for a Christmas gift. Live where peacocks 🦚 just walk all around free. Thanks
So pretty, great work on the peacock finished. I Love it! Going to copy it .. ❤
Love your winter spool and the finished peacock! Enjoy your campfire stories and beautiful camping videos! Would love the copy of Creations magazine if it is still available.
Holy cow that’s funny! Too hot for anything here in central Texas. Have a great week and catch you later. Always fun to see what you’re stitching on.
I just finished stitching the Peacock. I absolutely love your frame. Perfect colour! 🥰
I have the Go. This past week I cut out 24 burp cloths. I will cut out another dozen next week. They will be donated to a local hospital's nursery.
The color of the frame for the peacock is perfect
Thank you!
Chris, I love your Christmas in the City finish - so cute! I still barely have a start on their Winter Sampler, which I started shortly after you did LOL. I am stitching There is Liberty on Seraphim's Chai - it's really pretty on that color if you have it. It is a fun stitch! Thanks for sharing......
You ought to re-tell some of your earlier campfire stories. I've been following you since almost the beginning and I've forgotten those early stories. I found a lot of charts that I needed and preordered from Garon Stitchery and they're mostly Halloween 🎃😂 Doughlene!🤣 Happy Stitching!
Great video. So many beautiful pieces. Love your videos!!
Great to meet you Sunday at Zoom brunch 🪡✂️🧵💕
LOVE the name of your sourdough starter! 😆
Thanks for another lovely video! Have a great week!🪡🩷
Another great video! Company this week,so not much stitching. But watch out next week. I'm going to try to get a quilt top sewn together. I'm down to sewing long columns into a top.
Hi Chris great video, loved all that you have shown, your baskets are gorgeous, great camp story,we have a camper van as well here in NZ,we have just entered spring time looking forward to summertime but as we are retired we go away any time of the year,Thanks for sharing ❤️🇳🇿🪡
H Chris, I was the one asking last time about the thickness of foamboard, I allready read your answer so thank you. I indeed bought the foamboard of 3/16. And thank you for the tips about pinning and stretching from the Kitten Stitcher, I will definately look into that. So thank you, that's really helpfull!
Humming of the bees, it's still on my list, I love that pattern.
Another question: the thing you made with for instance the lighthouse, I think you call it a ring bling?? we don't know that here in Europe. How is it made and how is it called exactly? I tries to find a tutorial on you tube but could not find any.
Hilarious campstory, great neighbours ;-)
I’m cracking up that you named your sour dough starter. 😂
I would love to have your extra Celebration. Always love your campside stories
Thank you, it's been claimed .
I'm really enjoying your flosstube. But I was wondering if you have a previous flosstube where you give tips and tricks for making stitching while camping easier and more enjoyable?
I love the peacock stitch and the way you finished it is perfect!, great job!! 👏👏👏👏❤️
I have had the AccuQuilt cutter for a long time, I’ve used it for many applique quilts that I’ve done, I also use it to cut wool shapes for hand applique.I have the die to cut strips as well. Love it.
Doughlean! Love it 🥰 😂
I always love hearing your campfire stories!! And your stitching is pretty amazing too.😊
Great video! Thank you
I love your little floss ring blings. I have a few pics small enough but would like more. How little are your trays for the pics. Yours are so cute
Always fun to watch your flosstube! Love your finishes! Thank you for sharing! Happy stitching!
Your Peacock stitch is wonderful and the frame is just perfect. Can you share where you got the frame from, please? It would be great for a stitch I just finished. Thanks for sharing your stitching with us!
Thank you, the frame was from Hobby Lobby - you can what it looked like in flosstube 53.
I love your finishes. Your frames are awesome. I love your Halloween Quaker on that purple fabric. I know what you mean when you say that the Quakers are so addicting. I started Summer Quaker and I am doing mine on 20-count Ivory aida 2 over 1 and I am taking it slow and enjoying every single stitch that I make and I do not want to stop working on it at all. The Summer Quaker was my birthday stitch. Love your Camp Fire Stories and the pictures at the end of the video. Brings back so many memories for me when I use to camp. Happy Stitching.
I love camping by a stream or pond or any body of water! Love your WIPS, especially the Halloween Quaker and the Lighthouse, also loved the Peacock! Can you tell me or direct me on how and where to buy the supplies for the little charms ( not sure what they are called ) but the little blingy things to put on your project bags? I have no idea but they are sure cute! I was thinking I may have seen the jewelry part at Hobby Lobby? Thanks Chris!
I’ve got the parts listed in my Amazon storefront in the Finishing section, which is listed in the description box.
Loved the campfire story!! 😂😂. Beautiful stitching today!
Yay! You’re back! Loved seeing your camping picture you posted on IG. So peaceful!! Your finishes are always so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing! Happy stitching!❤
Nice visit. Great stitching and thanks for sharing your camping experience.
I feel the same way about Gorilla Glue. I used a recommended Diamond Glaze from Judi Kins. So far so good on those.
Good to know!
Have you ever had an over dyed floss bleed onto your fabric? Also, same question only for hand dyed fabric bleeding onto floss.
I’ve never had fabric bleed but I’ve had floss bleed after getting wet.
I'm interested! Your peacock is amazing! I have a few finishes but always hit a wall when it comes to FFOing them. I also don't iron my wips until I'm done. I just don't see how that would be good for the stitches to continually iron them. I love the name Doughlene! Mine is named BOB. Have you made waffles with yours? If not, I have a great recipe. They melt in your mouth.
Hi! It's yours - please email me or dm me on instagram and I'll get that sent out! I would love that waffle recipe!
Enjoyed your floss tube and just love the peacock stitch in that beautiful frame! Can you tell me the name of the antique mall near the cross stitch and quilt store in Newton, Pa. Trying to talk my husband into taking a ride up there😊! Happy stitching!
Thank you. I actually don't know the name of it, I think it was near Milroy.
@@TheCampingStitcher ok, thanks!
❤❤❤
How do you make the ring bling and the cards?
